"Sereda I got a note saying you wanted to have tea with me?" Kirei didn't really like being around people, but she mostly hated her family. Sereda was...better company than them.

Sereda

"Ah, yes, of course. Have a seat." Sereda gestured to a chair after conjuring up some tea, and taking a seat near a small table. She handed a cup of tea to Kirei once she was seated.

"We have much to...discuss, my young Kirei."

Kirei sat down and looked at the tea. She took a small sip and decided that it was fine. Besides if anything was to happen, she could just flee. Kirei was an excellent fleer.

"Really? Like what?"

Sereda

"Oh, many things. Like your upcoming marriage, for instance. You are...prepared for it, yes?" Sereda asked with a raised eyebrow.

Kirei wasn't sure what Sereda meant by prepared, but she had a bad feeling about it. A shiver went up her spine, but the girl ignored it. After all those rumors couldn't be true. Her older siblings lied to her all the time.

"I am as prepared as I will be. Not that I actually care for this marriage. I might just hand him off to Toan."

Sereda

"Oh?" Sereda smirked at Kirei. "I see. Hm. Just how 'prepared' are you, Kirei? Call me curious."

Kirei put down her tea and looked at Sereda, a bit confused.

"I'm sorry, you are going to have to be a bit more specific in what you mean."

Sereda

"Sex. I mean sex. Are you prepared for that. Kirei?" Sereda asked bluntly, putting down her tea as well.

Kirei was shocked. So they rumors were true after all. Kirei looked at the door, but she didn't move yet.

"I guess I will be. Sex isn't that important to me. I wouldn't care if I never had it."

Sereda

"Oh? Quite the interesting opinion, there. Though I think it'd be a foolish choice. Sex is a wonderful thing to experience."

"I'm sure it is," Kirei said. "It just doesn't seem like it would be...profitable in the long run. But I've never had it, so maybe my opinion will change with age."

Sereda

"Why not have it now?" Sereda asked with a smile. "I'm sure there are plenty of men and women in the palace who would love to take your virginity."

Kirei tried her hardest to remain calm. Maybe she was overreacting and Sereda wasn't going to do anything.

"Like who? Most of the people I know I am related to."

Sereda

"There's Philious, your father's Steward. I've seen him eye you from time to time. Then there's Jasin, the palace slut. She'd sleep with anything that moves, except your crazy sister. And...me." Sereda finished with a sly smile.

"I'd be happy to follow any orders you made, my lady."

Kirei looked at Sereda in disgust. She should of turned her tea invitation down.

"You are all too...old for me. Well Jasin isn't that old, but I wouldn't touch something like her for fear of disease." Kirei bit her lip. "Is that why you asked me here Sereda? To sleep with me?"

Sereda

"Quite simply, yes. You're a beautiful young woman. Why would I not want to sleep with you?"

Kirei stood at this. She did not like what was going on. She wanted to leave, but she suddenly found that her powers did not work.

"What was in that tea?"

Sereda

"A simple potion that dillutes magical powers, for a time." Sereda answered calmly.

Kirei swore under her breath. She suddenly felt trapped. She looked at the door, then to Sereda.

"I am not leaving anytime soon, am I?"

Sereda

"No. But it'd go so much easier if you cooperated." Sereda said with a dark smile.

Kirei didn't know what to do, but she had a feeling she couldn't fight Sereda. But she didn't want this.

".....F-fine."

Hanyer sighed as he looked at the palace. This place...it reeked of dark magic and negativity. He was tempted to have them turn around, flee to another Kingdom and send a message to the King saying they all died. But he didn't.

Kirei was near the front door. She wanted to be the first person to greet the Terrans. Also her father asked her too.

Toan was standing nearby as well. He was a bit curious.
