Sayo

"No, don't worry, it's fine. I don't mind. Well, I had a pretty good life growing up. I had wonderful parents who loved me very much. They still do. Overall, I pretty much had a normal childhood." Sayo replied.

"Sure. I would love to kick your butt at basketball," Zach said, though she wasn't that good at the sport. Soccer and tennis were more her things.

"Do you ever wish you could change it," Amy asked softly.

Sayo

"Yeah, sometimes. I mean, I wouldn't mind things getting a bit more exciting here." Sayo admitted. "But I'm pretty happy with what I have right now. Especially being with you, Amy. I really do li....love you."

Sayo blushed and looked away, not sure how Amy might react. He had asked her out before, but he hadn't exactly told her he loved her.

"You wish," Orion teased her as he finished his hot dog and got up and placed his plate in the sink lazily.

Michel/Jacob

"Ma, I'm home!" Jacob shouted as he walked through the door. The Boy kicked off his shoes and through his backpack near the closet door before making his way towards the kitchen, food on the mind, surprisingly. But as the boy walked in the kitchen, he saw a disturbing sight waiting for him, well it was disturbing to him at least.

"Hey kiddo." Michel greeted as he looked up at Jacob from the couch in the living room. There were papers all over the table, for whatever reason.

"Umm, hey." Jacob replied as he stared at Michel, quickly changing his attention to the inner contents of the fridge as he tried to ignore Michel's presence.

"I brought my work with me today, after spending the night with your Mom last night. She's been helping me with work." Michel explained awkwardly, causing Jacob to roll his eyes as he stared into the fridge. "I'm sure she has..." He whispered while pulling some cold pizza he had taken from Sayo's out of the fridge.

(Jacob is the ultimate mooch.)

Amy blushed when he told her he loved her. She opened her mouth to say that might not be wise, but instead she said, "Thank you Sayo. It feels nice to be loved."

Zach poked Orion in the side after putting her dish in the sink and headed out the door.

"We'll see."

Sayo

"You're most welcome." Sayo replied, smiling at Amy. He was a bit disappointed that she didn't say she loved him back, but Sayo didn't show it. It still felt good to tell her, even if she didn't say it back.

"So, what do you want to do now? We could watch a movie," Sayo suggested.

(LOL. Still, poor Jacob...)

"Hey!" Orion complained, rubbing his side as he followed his beautiful, gothic-looking girlfriend with a grin. Quickly, he picked up the basketball that was laying in the bushes near the mini-courtyard that held the basketball hoop and shot, making a basket.

"3-O, my love," he told her with a mischievous grin.

"That sounds like fun," Amy said. She could kind of sense Sayo's disappointed in her words, but she didn't say anything about it.

Zach frowned and grabbed the ball from Orion, trying to make a similar shot, but she missed. Zach kicked the ball against the side of the house in frustration.

Orion couldn't help but laugh a little. He scratched the back of his head and said, "Um... Sorry. Lucky shot, I guess."

Sayo

"Good." Sayo said. He was about to go over to a shelf where they had their movies when the front door to the house opened. An middle-aged couple walked in, greeting Sayo and Amy.

"We're home!" Mr. Smith said brightly. Sayo smiled at his parents and greeted them back.

"Hey Mom, Dad."

"It's good to see you, Sayo. Sorry we're home late." Mrs. Smith apologized. Her eyes flickered over to Amy.

"Hello Amy. It's good to see you again."

"Hello Mr and Mrs Smith," Amy said kindly, smiling at Sayo's parents. "It's nice to see you as well. I hope you don't mind me staying here."

Sayo, Parents

"Not at all." Mrs. Smith assured. "Sayo explained everything over the phone. Well, we won't stay long. We just came by to check up on you two. Do you need anything while we're out?"

Sayo shook his head no, and secretly hoped his parents would leave soon. The more time his parents spent with him now, the more chance there was that they'd embarrass him. And he wouldn't want that to happen, especially with Amy here.

"No it's ok. Let's keep playing," Zach said, not wanting to seem like a sore loser.

"I'm glad," Amy said. She shook her head. "No I am fine as well."

Sayo, Parents

After saying their goodbyes, Sayo's parents left. Sayo breathed a sigh of relief and looked over at Amy.

"So, is there a movie in particular you want to watch?"

"Hmm. I like fantasy but other than that I don't mind," Amy said, looking them over.

Orion grinned at her before tossing her the ball, "Okay then. You can go first."

Zach began to dribble and got closer to the rim. This time it almost went in, but it bounded off the backboard.

(Yeah. There are somethings even Jacob doesn't deserve.)
Jacob

Jacob walked into the living room, plate and pizza still in hand. "We should watch Pan's Labyrinth, it's a decent fantasy." He said before taking a seat on the couch besides Sayo.

Orion grinned as he took the ball before taking it back towards the house and then turning it around. He spoke, "It's on, Zach."

(*cough* almost wrong rpg *cough*)

Zach got ready to play. She wasn't going to go easy on Orion, though she wasn't that good in the first place.

Amy jumped at the sound of Jaocb's voice but then laughed.

"Hello Jacob and that sounds interesting."

Sayo

"Jacob--What--How--Why....never mind." Sayo said, ending with a sigh. Well, so much for spending some time alone with Amy. Yet another instance in which Sayo regretted in not locking the back door. He eyed the pizza Jacob had and frowned.

"That's my pizza, isn't it?"

Jacob

"I don't know. I found it in my fridge." Jacob said, knowing that he was still sort of lying.

Sayo

Sayo glared at Jacob, but didn't say anything. He walked back over to the dvd shelf, and looked for a movie to watch. He found one dvd that caught his attention It's case was bare of any cover, and the dvd itself had a simple label. More out of curiousity then anything else, Sayo popped the dvd into the player.

A porno started to play.

Sayo stammered in shock and embarrassment for a few seconds before scrambling with the dvd player, immediately ejecting the disk. He tossed it on the floor as if it were a piece of trash.

"I swear that wasn't mine!"

Amy started in confusion at the screen and then to Sayo.

"What was that?"
