This World

Zach, feeling sympathy for her friend, leaned over Sayo and pulled Amy into the car. Amy fell onto her lap and she looked at Zach in confusion.

"See? Now you don't have to worry. Let's just be sure we don't crash of you'll go flying through the windshield.

Sayo, Jennifer

Sayo was glad that a solution had been reached, but he felt slightly disappointed that Amy hadn't ended up setting on his lap. He quickly brushed those thoughts aside.

"Ok, everyone settled in? Good, let's go!" Jennifer said. She pulled out of the driveway and began to drive them toward the movie theater.

"Jacob, you just be glad you just kissed Zach," Orion commented darkly as they drove towards the movie theater. He smiled a little, "But, congratulations with Sayo's aunt, man. She's a milf."

"Actually I'm sure Zach implied she was the one to kiss him."

"Yes. And someday I'll be telling my children, 'See that man who just got arrested for sexual harrassment again? Yeah he was my first kiss'," Zach said with a laugh.

Jacob

"Oh Orion, I'm sure Zach is just loving your jealousy." Jacob commented as he looked towards the back seat. But the boy glanced back at Jennifer before asking, "You don't have any kids, right?"

Jennifer, Sayo

"Of course not! I'm not exactly ready for kids yet." Jennifer said. She smirked as she heard Sayo groan and press his hands against his ears, not wanting to hear any of what Orion and Jacob were implying.

"So does anyone know what we are seeing," Zach asked. It was sort of weird having Amy on her lap, but she didn't mind it too much. She was pretty light after all.

Sayo

"I believe we settled on How To Train Your Dragon." Sayo reminded her, taking his hands off of his ears.

Jacob

Jacob shrugged in indifference to Zach's question, instead looking out his window as they drove through the main street of their small town. "So who's buying the popcorn?"

"You can," Zach said as she nodded at Sayo. "Sounds good. At least we agreed this time."

(Cuz that's where I plan on having Jillian at)

Jennifer

"Well, here we are." Jennifer annouced as she pulled into the parking lot of the movie theater. Sayo nodded and got out of the car. Good, they were here now. Well, hopefully the movie would be good. He'd heard nothing but good things about it, so far.

Jacob

Jacob jumped out of the car, waving goodbye to Jennifer before walking into the theater. The boy was slightly annoyed that he was the one who had to buy the snacks, but luckily he had taken some money out Michel's wallet this morning, so it was all good. The boy pulled out his wallet and began to count it all out as he stood in line. "Hmm... one eighty-six, not too bad."

"Too bad it's a kid's movie," Orion commented as they entered the movie theater, "They're Nazis about 'proper theater behavior' with kids' movies."

Jacob

Jacob heard Orion talking as he entered the theater. "Oh come on! That didn't stop us from having fun joking about that cougar in Princess and the Frog!" He shouted across the lobby, earning him a few annoyed glances. "What, she was flirting with a seven year old at the end. You know it was creepy."

"Jacob, you're a hypocrite," Orion deadpanned, not even able to resist, "What, with you and Sayo's aunt..."

Jacob

"Actually, doesn't that make her the immoral one? I'm just the innocent child who's being taken advantage of." Jacob deadpanned.

"You're old enough to reason, aren't you?" Orion retorted with a shrug, "To know right from wrong?"

Jillian stood at the counter, money in hand and frowning. The snack guy was fliritng with him.

'Let's move to a place no one knows us so Jillian can get hit on by random guys again because I want him to be a girl,' he thought as he tried to smile though the guy's comments.

"Are you sure you aren't free later?"

"Positive. Now can I have my popcorn?"

Zach ignored her friends comments as she spotted a girl in the snack line she didn't know.

"Oh new student."

"How do you know," Amy asked.

"Once you lived in a small town for a long time you can tell when someone is new."

Sayo

Sayo briefly noticed the new girl, but didn't dwell on her much. He went over to the ticket counter and bought their tickets. He went back over to where his friends were waiting and gave each of them their tickets.

"Well, we can go in now, unless you all want to wait for Jacob to get our snacks."

Jacob

Jacob stood alone in the line as the others bought the tickets, hid mind and eyes wandering. "Hmm....she's pretty cute. Pink hairs a bit off though...." Jacob wondered as he looked at the person standing in line in front of him.

"So, you new in town?" He asked after the Cashier walked away to grab the popcorn.

"Yeah my parents decided to move us here," Jillian said as he waited for his popcorn. "The name's Jillian."

Jacob

"I'm Jacob." He replied before extending his hand. "Weird. Her voice was rather deep...almost sounded like a guy. Chest....flat. Still, the rest of her is nice." Jacob thought as he rated Jillian.

Jillian took Jacob's hand, watching him check him out. He sighed inwardly. He was going to have a chat with his mom later. That was for sure.

"So what movie are you seeing?"

Zach watched Jacob talk to the new girl, taking her ticket from Sayo.

"Think we should go over there and drag him away?"

Sayo

"No," Sayo said, shaking his head at Jacob's foolishness. "Let's let him make a fool of himself on his own. She's obviously not interested in him. Though...something's a little....odd about that girl."

Sayo titled his head slightly, and peered at Jillian. Something was off about that girl. But what was it?

Amy looked at Jillian and nodded. Something did seem strange about her, but she couldn't quite place it.

Zach sighed. "I just hope he doesn't take forever."
