Real Terror! ((Still acccepting RPers. Scary RP Rated T)) ANOUNCEMENT!

(I was just going to ask the same thing.)

Nick turned to see that he now had a small group of people coming with him. Shit He thought. As retarded as it sounded it was better if he went alone, because privacy would allow him to run into the flaming building without people trying to stop him. "Whatever." he said. Well, now it looked like he would in fact not be running into flaming buildings. "Just keep up with me." he said, and ran off as fast as he could in the direction of the fire.

Charlie looked from the group going towards the fire to where she stood. She didn't want to be alone, but she didn't want to go to the fire. Instead she found herself following Michael.

Hanyer broke into a run. He wasn't going to let Nick do something stupid.

Lily broke into a sprint. She had unnoticed slits cut down the back of her shirt, the first power that her parents had mention she had developed and master, Bat-like wings slipped out from the slits in her shirt. She kicked off the ground. She flew over Nick. The rain gave her cover so she would be able to land in the back yard of this building and get in through a back door.

Marcus missed all the classes after lunch because of his problem. He went out and searched for his friends, he didn’t have not a single idea of where they might be.

He headed to their usual after school spot and they weren’t there so he headed home hoping that in the way he saw one of them.

(I missed a lot didn't I?)

Nick thought he heard something flying over head, but decided he must have been imagining things. After some running he found himself standing in front of the flaming building. The rain had kept the fire from spreading out doors but smoke poured out the windows. It had struck one of the upper levels of the house, where a metal rod stuck out. Not a lightning rod, but something perfect to receive the charge from the lightning bolt. Through the rain he heard some screaming, and crying for help. He put the gem on his hand, and had his book at the ready. He yelled, and ran at the door of the house, weakened slightly by the fire, it broke down, and then he was in the house.

"What the ****?!" Michael shouted as he noticed something flying through the air for a second. "Was that...lily?" The boy thought for a second as he began to run as fast as he could down the street towards the house, not realizing that Charlie was directly behind him. "That would mean the book was...right? Shit. This just wrecked my summer plans."

(never mind)

Hanyer didn't see anything. He followed Nick into the building, hearing the screams and cries of someone. He wasn't able to see well, but he could navigate this way without too much trouble.

Charlie blinked as Lily flew by and was confused. But she didn't let it get to her. She get grabbed onto Michael's shirt, ready to cry.

"I'm scared," she whispered.

((Eh....I just meant that those two characters had magical powers...I think. Dang me and not saying what I mean...>,< That's a problem I have...I never say what I want to say right...))

Ceshlyta stood for a second as the group left, and yelled, "WAIT FOR ME!!!" She then ran at a very fast pace until she had caught up to the group, panting, out of breath. "I sure...hope those...people...are...alright...." she wheezed.

(Oh ok.)

"Charlie?" Michael asked as he stopped in place and embraced the young girl as well, looking around for where Hanyer might be. "She saw it too then, well I suppose that's proof enough for me that I'm not imagining things." He guessed before looking back at the house. "Well I certainly can't go in their with Charlie, and if I leaver her our here alone then I'll be dead." Michael realized as he looked at the burning house and bit the right side of his cheek in frustration.

"Don't worry Charlie, I'm here for you. And so is Ceshie...unless that scares you more." Michael said awkwardly as he tried to comfort the girl.

Nick looked around, and heard the voices from upstairs. The problem being that upstairs was blocked off by flaming rubble, not a problem. Nick opened his book. The book automatically flipped to the correct page on it's own. He looked down on the page to see the rune notations, and a diagram. He had spent a while translating this one. It was pretty advanced, but he thought he could handle it. "Don't worry! Help is on the way!" he yelled. But this heat was overwhelming. He was burning hot already. He didn't know how long he could last in here, but he would do his best to not die. He didn't bother to look around, and didn't notice Hayner standing there. Nick closed his eyes, and tried to remember the diagram he saw. "Oh crashing waves." he began, and suddenly, under his feet light began to appear, crawling from his feet, and recreating the diagram in the book. Soon enough the complete glyph appeared. "Lend me thy strength, and let the power of the sea flow through me." he continued the blue light from the glyph became more intense, and the gem on his hand now shone blue. "Crashing force!" he commanded finally, and raised his right hand, suddenly despite the fire a wave of water shot forward pushing the rubble up the stairs, and quenching some of the blaze. The water broke off at the top of the stairs. Nick shut the book and ran up the stairs.

Lily flew in after Nick, tucking her wings in as she landed, She ran up the stairs. "You go in the master bedroom, see if the adults are ok, I'll check out the kids' rooms." She shouted to him. She kicked the fragile door open and ran in. There were a boy and a girl, wrapped in blanket to protect from smoke, in the corner. They were about 9 and 11.

"Got it." agreed Nick. He wasn't in the mood to ask how she got there, more like the mood to kick down some master bedroom door. Which he did. it was awesome. This was the room where the lightning rod like thing had struck. Coincidentally there was a guy there who was near the window who had been hit by the lightning. At the foot of the bed was a crib, where a baby was left crying. Nick ran over to the man. He was at the very least unconscious. But as he reached him, he found that the man had no pulse. He had died from the shock. Nick bowed his head for a second in respect before dashing over to the crib and grabbing the baby.

Lily grabbed the kids, and pointed the way out. She watched from the stairs as they ran out. "Anybody in there, Nick?" She asked as she went to check other rooms. She found a cat and the family memory scrap book. She picked them up and went to stand in the door of the master bedroom. "Is the mom in there?" She asked as she saw the father and baby.

"Wait with Ceshie for a second, k Charlie?" Michael asked as he ran into the house, only to see two children coming out past him. "Go, get moving!" He shouted at the children before running towards the stairs. "Hanyer!? Lily!?" Michael shouted in question as he jumped up the stairs. "Please don't break, please don't break." He pleaded as he ran up the stairs.

"No, I have a feeling she isn't here. She probably left to phone the fire department, because of the rubble blocking the path upstairs." suggested Nick. Wherever she was, she wasn't here. "Let's get downstairs, I don't think we'll find much else up here." he said, trying to be heard over the fire.

(Ditch this)

Ceshlyta felt she wasn't helping, so she ran into the house as well. She ran in, and heard yowling. Knowing it was a cat, she flew up the stairs and saw the cat, yowling in fear. Ceshie had a soft side for cats, and knelt down on the scorching floor, not caring about burns, putting her hand out. "Here, kitty, kitty. I'll help you." she cooed, and the cat came to her, scared, but happy someone cared about it. Ceshlyta grabbed the cat into her arms, and ran down the stairs and out of the house. The cat gave her an affectionate lick in joy.

(Sorry Nando, but Michael is already upstairs in the house.)


"I hate my life." Michael muttered as he searched the kids rooms and realized that his running had been all for naught. Michael ran into the master bedroom and saw Lily and Nick, along with the body of an older man. "Is he...?"

((I already got the cat.))

Lily held the pet and the photo alum and ran down the stairs. "ANYBODY IN HERE?!" She yelled, handing the photo album to a police officer and the cat to the children. "Nick, if we don't get out in aproximately two minutes, there is going to be a big firey boom and if we're in it, we won't live to tell the tale."

"I could handle causing the boom myself and saving it some time, but I think that wouldn't really help, so let's gtfo before we all die. Let's get going gang!" Yelled Nick. He stopped on his way out of the door to the master bedroom. He didn't answer Michael's question, he just put his hand on Michael's shoulder and said. "Let's get out of here." He walked past him, and then ran to the stairs, waiting for Michael at the top.

((Dang...then Ceshie is basically useless for this scene...*Backs into the shadows* Ignore the above post))
