Real Terror! ((Still acccepting RPers. Scary RP Rated T)) ANOUNCEMENT!

((Oh, okay. they have two cats, then, if that's okay. I just don't like my character not doing anything...))

((they can have another cat)) Lily ran off. "Everyone! back up!" She yelled warning to the firemen and onlookers. She ran towards the fence, hopped over it. She ducked behind some trees and covered her ears.

Michael nodded in agreement as he glanced at the body before turning around and running. "Hey!" He shouted when he saw Hanyer. "Run." Was all Michael said as he grabbed the boys hand and ran towards Nick. Nodding in thanks before he turned and began to go down the stairs and out of the front of the house.

Nick was about to run down the stairs after them, but once again rubble fell in the way of the stairs before he could head down. So there he was, trapped in the upper portion of a building, holding a baby, who was now in a coffing fit dew to smoke inhalation. Nick looked around for an exit, and he saw his chance. A window at the end of the hall, leading to the front yard. He shrugged. It was as good a chance as any, plus, he had always wanted to do this. He brought the baby close to his chest, then dashed at the window. "Looks like I'm gonna have to jump!" he yelled right before jumping at the window. It smashed open perfectly, and he and the baby flew through the air. The child still held close to his chest. As he sailed through the air he screamed "OH SWEET JESUS!"

Ceshlyta ran out the front gate and into the street, a safer distance from the house. When she got there, she started petting the cat to soothe it's fears. "It okay, little baby, you're safe..." she cooed, then felt a burning on her knee. She bent over with the cat under her arm, and saw that she had a mild burn on her calf. "Dang..." she said, "...But it'll have to wait."

(Hey. What's happened so far?)

(It started raining and everyone went and stayed under a gazebo in the park. Then Lily freaked out and lightning struck a nearby hourse. Lily, Nick, Michael, Hanyer, Charlie and Ceshlyta ran over to the property and everyone but Charlie ran into the house. But on the way to the house Lily flew and Michael and Charlie saw this.
After saving everyone in the house except the dead father everyone ran out and it blew up.)

Thomas sighed in relief when he saw most of the people were okay. What were the chances of something like this happening. He frowned. He must have been seeing things. Did Lily really fly?

Lily kicked up and began to fly back to the picnic pavillion, she smiled and hummed. When she landed near the oavillion she walked over to her friends. "20 bucks says we make the front page. I can see it now 'local teens save children from a burning building.'" She was smiling ear to ear, it was the proudest of herself she'd ever been.

The gem on Nick's hand shone green for a moment, and somewhat of a cushion of air came between him and the ground, as he held the baby tightly to his chest. A couple of firemen came over and helped him up, taking the baby from his arms, and handing it to a frantic woman, with the two kids from the house grasping her legs. She cried in happiness as she held the baby in her arms. The Firemen tried to escort him to an ambulance, but Nick shrugged them off and started to head back to the pavilion, the rain still pouring, but the lightning seemed to be dying down. Nick was wet.

((Yayz! thank you! I get to go to the beach for a whole week tomorrow too, best B-day ever.))

Taryn thought that maybe she was hallucinating when she saw Lily. Wings? Flying? It was all so strange. She had that cold feeling again, concentrated around her wrist, beneath the bracelet her grandma had given her when she was little... But she ignored it, thankful that most of the people were okay...

The rain began to slow. "Nick saved a baby, he'll be the hero of the editorial probably." Lily commented. "Wonder where he is anyhow."

Ceshlyta gave the cat to one of the boys before running back to the pavillion. "Yeah, and we get some master key to all the stores in town like the shows always do." she said when she got back to the pavillion. Ceshie had never really done anything of this caliber, so she felt extremely proud.

"what? nothing for me?" Lily joked. "I was too concerned about getting out of there before the place blew up to pose for the reporters." She grinned.

"I didn't want my picture in the news, anyway. No one would believe that I, Miss Sarcasm USA, saved a cat. You guys get the glory, anyway. You saved humans." Ceshlyta said.

"I just pointed the way to the exit to two kids, no biggy." Lily said, and shrugged.

"I don't want to be in the paper. I think we should just leave the scene and be anonymous, thankless heroes," Thomas told the others, his more reserved nature revealing itself. He continued, "I don't want to be bothered with all the attention and, quite frankly, I'm wondering about my sanity. I saw Lily with rings and I think I saw my granddad in the smoke."

"Thomas, first of all, your grandfather is the grim reaper, get over it." she said. Then she flipped out her wings. "You weren't hallucinating."

"I suppose," Thomas told her with a shrug, "It's just kind of creepy sometimes to be part Death. I see dead people." He grinned mischievously, "Your great grandfather says you dress improperly."

She rolled her eyes. "And what should I be wearing, a sweater and poodle skirt?" She asked. "A T-shrt and Bermuda denim shorts is not ressing improperly."

Ceshlyta shrugged. "Man, I wish I could fly. Like, all of you guys have some sort of magic. Lily can fly, Thomas can see dead people, which is the coolest thing in the world. The newbie is some sort of magician. And I'm the only human here with no powers...but hey. That's cool. I'd rather be this way. I don't have to hide anything." Ceshie said.

"Hey maybe some powers will rub off from hanging with us freaks of nature." Lily joked.

"And if the government starts hunting us, you won't be experimented on," Thomas told Ceshlyta with a grin before smirking at Lily, "He says that having bare legs and arms are improper and is a sign of a harlot. His words, not mine." He held out his hands in a gesture of defense.
