Code Lyoko: The Revenge of Xana

"I have been there longer than you have," Alison pointed out, but she didn't sound like she cared. She was frowning. "A computer program named XANA? Is that why I felt like somethig was wrong?"

"You felt like something was wrong?"

Alison nodded. "It happened before as well. I cannot tell you how long ago. Time does not really exist in Lyoko."

"Well we fought XANA before," Ulrich said. "So it's possible you...felt that was going on." It sounded weird to say that the girl could feel what was going on. "But we shut the supercomputer off as well."

Alison was going to say more, but then she stumbled forward. "I am sorry once again." She looked at Aelita. "Maybe you did not know of me because after I was trapped in Lyoko our father thought it would be best to forget about me and what he did. I do not know and that sounds positively awful, but it also could be true. Anyways I am tired. May we continue this later?"

Yumi

"Um...where is she going to stay?" Yumi voiced with some concern. She didn't quite believe this girl to be Aelita's elder sister, just yet, but either way this girl had spent many, many long years in Lyoko, and it was her first time back in the real world. Even if she was lying about being related to Aelita, Yumi knew that this poor girl deserved a break after being stuck in that virtual world for so many years. Especially in a glitch, cut off from all human contact.

"We can't exactly let her sleep in the factory."

"Oh yeah... Any ideas?" Aelita asked.
"She needs some kind of story and place to live. She can't just appear out nowhere for no reason." She said.

Jeremie smiled slightly, "I can hack the school computer and forge her some identification like I did for you, Aelita. Should I put her down as your sister, though, or give her her own last name?"

"I'm not sure it would make sense that a sister I never talk about just suddenly starts going to school here, would it? Maybe a cousin? But really it should be her decision." she told them.

"I would not mind being your cousin," Alison said. "I mean maybe it would be best to think of me as a cousin of sorts as well." Alison smiled at Aelita.

"Well for now where is she going to stay," Odd asked.

"She could stay in the factory, at least for the day I need to forge her identity," Jeremie suggested, "And fill out her application for Kadic of course. It's a good thing Kadic offers so many scholarships."

"I guess I could probably get some stuff for her from storage in the school basement." Aelita offered. She hadbeen to school storage a few times. She liked to go down there sometimes to think. It felt like an old museum to her, old trophies, files, pictures, and various emergency kits in a large area that people rarely ever visited. It would be easy to take an emergency kit that had blankets, food and water in it, and bring it to the factory.

It wasn't too much trouble for Jeremie to enroll Alison into Kadic. He had decided to giver the last name, Jones, since it was a rather common name in America and no one connected to Lyoko shared that name, in code or otherwise.

He sat down in the cafeteria for breakfast along with the others, his mind elsewhere as he contemplated Xana's actions. What were his goals this time? He was most likely free of Lyko but still utilized it to affect the real world. But how would he try to take control of humanity this time? He hoped the artificial intelligence didn't learn how to manipulate politics. The very thought made him ill.

Aelita greeted Jeremie with a smile. She had been having nightmares about her mother lately, and so she was quite tired, alot less eager to meet the new teacher than she had been before, but still kind of curious.

Jeremie blinked, being interrupted from his unpleasant thoughts by a far more pleasant distraction. He smiled and kissed Aelita lightly on the lips. Since they started dating, he had grown less shy and getting to kiss her every morning certainly made him more cheerful, despite Odd's and Ulrich's teasing.

"Good morning, Aelita," he greeted her with a smile.

Jim

"Yo! Jeremie!" Jim strode over to the student, glancing briefly at Aelita before returning his attention to the young boy.

"I....need to ask you something, Belpois." Jim continued with a little hesitation.

Aelita smiled happily, but briefly as she saw Jim. She was always a little scared because Jim was always suspicious of them.

"Er, what is it Jim?" Jeremie asked, somewhat confused. Jim never asked for his help unless one of the school's computers or systems were malfunctioning.

Odd frowned as he thought about the new girl Alison. She was currently somewhere in the school, probably with Aelita. Alison had seemed determine to learn about the sister she never got to mee.

"Hey Odd if you keep spacing out you'll walk into something," Ulrich stated as Odd just nearly missed a wall.

"Oops, sorry."

"What are you thinking about anyways?"

"Nothing," Odd said, waving a dismissive hand at his friend. "Let's just go eat."

Alison was about to go over to her sister and Jeremie when a figure stepped in front of her. She blinked as they smiled nervously at her. Then she frowned.

"Hey can you move please? I need to go talk to my friend."

But the boy didn't move. He just stared at her. Alison frowned harder, getting somewhat mad.

"Hello? Is there anyone in there?" She was tempted to knock on their head when she said that, but Alison kept her hands to herself.

"Sorry." He seemed a bit fluster, which made Alison feel less mad. "I just never seen you before so I assumed you were new."

"I am."

"Well I am William Dunbar," the boy said, extending a hand. Alison took it.

"Alison Jones. Are you now going to offer me a tour of the school and then proceed to flirt with me poorly," Alison teased.

William looked surprised and his face went a little pink. "N-no! I just wanted to say hi . That's all."

Alison started laughing. "Relax. I was just kidding with you."

Aelita's eyes trailed away from jim and Jeremie and saw Allison.
"Uh-oh." she said, seeing who was talking with her.

Jim

Jim frowned and took out a crumbled piece of paper from his panths. He smoothed it out and looked at its contents, frowning again. Finally he turned the paper over and showed it to Jeremie. On the paper, a roughly drawn copy of the insignia of Xana was shown.

"This symbol. Have you ever seen it before?"

Jeremie gasped in surprise, though he attempted to school his expression into a non-chalant one.

"Could be something from a video game. I don't really follow that sort of thing, though. Not all computer programmers are gamer nerds. W-where'd you see it?" Jeremie asked. Where did he get that paper? Did he draw the symbol on it? If so, where'd he see it?

"What is it Jeremie? I've never seen that before" Aelita commented, trying to help her boyfriend after seeing the worried look on his face.

Jim

"I'm not...sure." Jim replied with a scowl. "I remember seeing it...somewhere, before. But it's rather vague. I was just curious if you might be familiar with it. Being Kadiac Academy's computer expert. This symbol certainly looks like some sort of...I dunno, computer company logo, or something. But it's been bugging me that I can't remember where I saw this, or what it means."
