| Savina
Savina stood still as she processed what he was saying. "So it's not him wanting to destroy the entire Empire...just Tsuba...." Savina realized as her eyes held still. She exhaled slowly.
"But if you put one of the other Heirs on the throne, that doesn't change much. When they die in who knows how long, another Heir will be chosen, and they could be just like Tsuba is now. You'd have to change the whole system of deciding a ruler...." Savina stated in realization. She couldn't believe what she was saying, actually giving suggestions on what to do after Tsuba was overthrone. If someone was overhearing the conversation they would assume that Savina was another Rebel. But then maybe, she was now. ------------------------------------- Katie
There was a smirk on Katie's face as she looked at C.C. ."Why not? I mean, the tents big enough to fit another person while still being comfortable." | |

| Nell blinked and looked at Katie. He then beamed at her, glad that she was going to let him stay with her and C.C. though he was blushing a little too.
"Really?! Thank you Katie." ----------- Mab took the bird that Carlisle handed her, not being able to sit in silence any longer.
"So...," she paused, not sure how to start a conversation. With Chris it was easy, but with Carlisle she felt at a lost for words. | |

| Maul
"I am confident that whatever children Nebi or Kegan raise, they would have similar ideals. Of course, to prevent another Tsuba from growing up, the Order would put more checks and balances in place within the Empire. But that is another discussion for another time. I have wasted enough of your time, Savina. Goodnight." Maul said. He made his way to exit her tent.
C.C.
"Sure..." C.C. said, staring suspiciously at Katie. "If it's fine with you then, it's fine with me." | |

| Savina
Savina nodded as Maul left the tent. After a few seconds the Girl sat down on her pallet, still shocked at what she had just seen and heard.
The Girl continued to sit still while thinking, her mind rushing through all the possible scenarios that could happen to her now. What would she do? Help Maul and essentially betray the Empress, tell Baruti and do her duty, or...nothing?
She never found the answer to these questions though, and instead simply laid down and fell asleep on her pallet. -------------------------------------- Katie
"Great. I'll be waiting for you two." Katie replied before quickly walking into the tent. --------------------------------------- Carlisle
Carlisle sat back, his eyes on Mab as she started to speak. "...I apologize for earlier today. I probably revealed too much to the point that the conversation became personal. I'll...make sure it doesn't happen again." | |

| C.C.
C.C. stared suspiciously at Katie as she walked into her tent. She turned to Nell.
"If you're going to change into something else, I suggest you do it now."
C.C. then ducked into the tent she had set up for them. | |

| "I am unsure. There will at least be five, I think. As I've said, the Timestream is hard to read. It is ever-changing as new possibilities arise and others die. The only constant is the All-Father's will," Alquonde stated.
With that said, the old man turned around, stating, "I will not trouble you anymore at the moment. I must wait."
With that said, he sat down, crossing his legs and closing his eyes before opening again. They were now glowing a light blue as he sat motionlessly at the border of the rebel's wards.
*
"I think I'll stand, thank you," Nebi commented dryly as he leaned against the wall in the corner, "I don't trust the beds."

| Nell went into the tent that C.C. had sent up for him and changed into a cotton shirt and pants. He then slowly made his way into the other tent, his tail and ears twitching, showing his nervousness, but his face was shown to be happy as well. ---------- "No, it's ok," Mab said quickly, raising her hands palms forward, almost dropping her food in the process. "After all I did ask you what you meant. So it's no big deal," she said, trying to sound like it was ok, but failing. | |

"Well hello, C.C. ." Katie greeted, smirk still on her face. She was never going to show it, but the Girl was actually very nervous as Nell walked into the tent. She knew that sleeping next to each other was going to be awkward, but, if her plan worked then she wouldn't have to worry about C.C.'s teasing ever again.
"Well, welcome to our humble....tent." Katie greeted Nell. ------------------------- Carlisle
"Yes well...Thank you." Carlisle replied. He couldn't see through Mab's lie, but he still assumed that she wasn't telling the truth and was instead just being polite. And so he sat back, depressed as he grabbed one of the birds. | |

| C.C.
C.C. set out some pallets for them all as Katie greeted Nell. She was still a little suspicious of what Katie was up to, and was keeping her guard up just in case. Though she had no real idea what Katie could be planning. | |

| (Can the situations for my characters get any more awkward? XD)
Nell sat down next to Katie, glancing at C.C. then back to Katie. He wasn't tired yet, but he wasn't sure what to say.
"Um, thanks for letting me stay here again." ------------ "You're welcome," Mab replied, digging into her food in order to avoid an awkward silence. Eating gave an excuse not to talk. | |

| (Don't say that or they will!)
Katie
Katie inwardly smiled as she realized that Nell was lying between her and C.C. . "Perfect."
"Well of course Nell. I mean, who would want to stay out here alone in a tent when they could be with friends instead?" --------------------- Carlisle
Carlisle nodded as he took a bite out of the bird. It was bland, admittedly. But he was glad to have something to eat. Who knows how often they would find food out here like this. But then, he suddenly remembered that he didn't ask Mab his question since he had gotten distracted.
So Carlisle slowly looked back up before asking, "Have you ever heard of the All-Father?" | |

| "What do you mean by that," Mab asked, glad that they finally have a subject to talk about, one that Mab prayed would turn out better than their previous one. ------------ "You're so right Katie," Nell said, beginning to relax. He didn't have to worry about anything. He wasn't sure why he was so nervous before. | |

| Katie
Katie smiled in return before looking up at C.C. . "C.C., aren't you coming to bed?" Katie asked innocently. ----------------------- Carlisle
Carlisle gulped before continuing, a bit nervous now. "Well last night, in the Temple... One of the God's came to me. One of the actual creators of Gaboria, Alquonde. And while we talked he kept referring to someone called the All-Father." Carlisle stated slowly while looking down at the fire, too nervous to actually look up at Mab while he spoke. "And the thing is...I've never heard of an All-Father during my studies of the Gods. So I was wondering if you had." | |

| Valen glared down at the old man, but didn't dare to challenge him. After all, Alquonde was a god. He didn't know what the man's powers were, here and now, and so would have to bide his time and observe. If the old man ever did decide to intervene, the priest would be ready for him.
"If you wish not to trouble me, then leave."
He turned then, and traveled back the way that he had come.
--------------
Ana gently pulled back on the horse's mane, at the same time shifting her weight around to show that she wanted to stop. The tired animal gladly obeyed, shaking as it came to a complete stop. She reached out and touched the horse's sweaty neck, running her fingers done the hair once before patting the animal and jumping down.
"You did good," she whispered, holding the animal's head with one hand and stroking its neck with the other. "Sorry to push you so hard, but time is everything."
She produced an apple out of her pouch and held it up to the horse, letting it eat it from her hand. What had been this horse's name? Silverhein? Yes, that was it. The mare was bay, with a silver streak down its face, rather than white as was the normal.
The apple gone, she walked deeper into the trees and the horse followed, looking for more food. They stopped when Ana found a suitable place to spend the night, and she tied Silverhein to a tree, leaving enough room for her to graze, before laying her sore body down on the soft earth. In only a matter of moments she was asleep. | |

| Mab shook her head at Carlisle, looking into the fire sheepishly.
"Actually I never finished my studies," she admitted. "Chris said I would complete them around 21, so I haven't yet. But that's amazing that a God would come to you. What was it like?" | |

| Carlisle
"Oh..." Carlisle replied after being told that Mab didn't know either. Which was odd, since the God Alquonde had made the All-Father sound so important. One would think he'd be the first thing a Priestess would learn about if even the God's spoke of him in a reverent way. "Unless the people aren't supposed to know....." The Doctor wondered to himself.
But after Mab had asked Carlisle the question, his cheeks turned a light red in embarrassment. What was he supposed to say? It was embarrassing then I rejected his prophetic orders before going to bed? Somehow, Carlisle knew Mab wouldn't think highly of that. And things were already awkward between them....
"It was humbling." He stated vaguely. | |

| "I wish I could met one," Mab said, her voice taking on a dreamy quality to it. After serving under Apollo for some years, she always wanted to met him or at least a God. A demi-God would be good too or a lesser one. She realize she was making a fool of herself and she straightened up.
"What did he say to you?" | |

| Carlisle studied Mab's far off look for a few seconds before she asked him the question he was hoping she wouldn't. "He gave me a few instructions... and that's it." He said. | |

| Mab had completely forgot about her food, focusing her entire attention on Carlisle now.
"He did?! Can you tell me what they were or were they private, for your ears only?" | |

Carlisle dropped the bird as Mab jumped up. He was shocked by the sudden change in her demeanor, and slightly scared as well. "Well... they were for me. And I umm... You would really be disappointed, Mab." | |

| (Carlisle you picked the wrong subject to talk about with Mab.)
"Disappointed," Mab echoed, sitting back down after regaining her composure. "And ok. I won't bug you about it anymore. Still I feel like maybe us meeting was destined after all." | |

"Yes... I truly am sorry though. But I'm sure you'll meet a God someday...." Carlisle reassured Mab as he finally calmed down inside. He was very relieved that she was dropping the subject though.
"Well then...I suppose we should get ready for some sleep then. We will be waking up early tomorrow morning." | |

| "Ok," Mab said, actually feeling disappointed. Not at Carlisle directly, but more that Carlisle wouldn't tell her everything, but it made sense too. They didn't know eachother so well, so of course he would have secrets. "Good night then." | |

Carlisle stood up before nodding in reply. "Goodnight." He stated before walking over to the other side of the cave. This wasn't the first time he had slept in a cave. Though he didn't exactly have fond memories of the experience, in retrospect.
