History: His Grandparents on both sides lived on a Native American reservation, but his parents moved off the reservation, to Amity, after they got married, He now an only child, and spends his weekends in an apartment complex his parents own in Manhattan.

Lily skimmed her shoe on top of the water, the tree had grown quite a bit since she was younger, and it seemed closer to the water because she was bigger than she was before.

Taryn shook her head as soon as the words left Thomas' lips. She brought her other hand to his face, cupping his chin. "That's not true. You're perfect for me."

Thomas grinned wryly. Once again, they were being sweet on one another. In retrospect, he did feel sorry for Lily having to deal with this.

"You're perfect for me," he told her.

Dakota ran up to Charlie,
"Hi!" He said cheerily, waving. "What're you reading?"

"Seems like the perfect place to go when you just want to be alone," Hanyer mused.

Charlie looked up from the book to see a boy standing in front of her. Not sure what to do, she closed her book.

"It's...about animals," she replied. "How to take care of them."

"What kinds of animals? I love animals." He said, calming down now.

"Not always alone, but it has a calming affect. When my parents split up, I came here." She told him, she had been angry and had run off, she spent the whole day in the tree and her parents had called the police to look for her, but she came home eventually and locked herself in her bedroom.

"Thank you for sharing it with me," he said. He hugged Lily and kissed her cheek, feeling kind of shy even though they were alone.

Charlie thought about it. She didn't like to lie but she couldn't just tell him right?

"Wild animals. But the more tame kind."

"My pleasure." She kissed his cheek nervously, and blushed.

"Like Monkeys and stuff?" the boy asked quizzically. "I've never seen a monkey in person before. I went to the zoo once but they didn't have them."

Charlie began to giggle. This boy was weird, but in a good way.

"Yeah. Like that. I'm Charlie by the way."

"I'm Dakotah." The boy introduced himself, extending a hand.
"Nice to meet you Charlie."

Dakotah: You're name is so manly. XD)

Charlie took it. She moved her book off the bench to allow Dakotah to sit if he wanted to.

"Back at ya. So are you here alone?"

"We have such bad timing," Thomas told Taryn with a grin, his arm wrapping around her, "We can't stop even when we're supposed to be looking for Charlie."

Taryn laughed, "I know, I know. It's not good. Come on, let's go find her," she said nodding toward the path. She felt bad for Lily for having to deal with them all the time, as well. She really was a great friend for sticking with them. She started to walk toward the pond. There were a few benches around it, they were good places for reading. And knowing Charlie, that was probably what she was doing.

Thomas nodded and followed his girlfriend before smirking a little when he saw Charlie with someone and not with just any someone, a male someone. He smirked and grabbed Taryn's hand.

"Wait. We so have to tease her about this, later," he murmured.

Taryn's lips curled into a mischievous smile. So, Charlie was with a boy! She knew she wouldn't be able to pass up teasing her a little about it later. "Alright," she murmured to Thomas, with a sly grin on her face.

"We have to welcome the guy into the family soon," he told Taryn with a grin, "You know, give him the older sibling talk and stuff."

Taryn looked at Thomas and smirked. "Alright. Just as long as you don't go and corrupt his mind. I know your're completely capable of that," she said, before sticking her tongue out at him.

"It's not my fault. I'm a guy and I became corrupted the moment I saw you," he told her, sticking his tongue back out.

Taryn laughed slightly, shaking her head. She rolled her eyes, but then she smiled at Thomas and patted him on the head, "Well I apologize for that, Tommy."

Dakotah sat down next to her.
"Yeah, I guess I am, my parents own the apartment complex down the street, we live here on weekends while my parents check on the tennants, so I can just wander around." he told her.

"So I'll be able to see you here again," she asked, excited. Charlie liked the idea. Now she wouldn't be alone when the others were off being couple-y.

Hanyer blushed too, not sure what to do. He let himself relaxed and kissed Lily on the lips, pulling back right away.

"I'm sorry. I..."

Thomas smiled back and wrapped an arm around her. He leaned in close to her and murmured, "It's fine. Though, I would like a full... apology."

His grin widened. He thought of himself as very smooth at this moment.

"I-it's ok, That was... nice." She told him, she leaned towards him gently.
