We have to WHAT?! [A Pokemon Rp] [PG-13] [OPEN! 8D]

Eevee mewed it's content in the search for food. "Eeeeeevee." It's stomache grumbled again, and it whined a little.
"don't whine, Eevee, let's pair off and we can get going." She said.
"If your new to this please pair off wth somebody more experienced and we can head off!" Lily said to everyone.
"Debbi, who's your partner?"

Gible yelped, crashing down to the ground as Houndour raced away. His large fin embedded itself into the earth, leaving the small creature in quite the predicament. It's tiny limbs kicked and struggled, but it couldn't pry itself loose from the death grip of the soil.

John took Taylor's hand, slowly climbing to his feet. "I'm alright...not the first time you've come crashing down on me. Few more times, I don't think I'll even notice anymore." He chuckled at the little joke. "Anyway, where you headed, Taylor?"

Houndour looked up at Taylor, then over at Gible. He repeated this several times, as if debating between two hugely important decisions. After a moment a smug look came over houndours face and he trotted over to Gible, settling down just out of reach of the stuck creature.

Taylor laughed along with John, glad to hear that their second collision hadn't hurt him. "Actually, I don't really have a destination. I'm completely lost... Have been for a while now." She grinned sheepishly. "You're actually the first person I've seen since the bus fiasco. I was hoping you'd know what was going on and where we were..."

Samuel saw that others were here to, but that made sense. There were suppose to be other trainers. If he was all alone then that wouldn't be as fun. He wondered if this was like the show or the games. Stepping in front of a trainer, he came to the conclusion it was like the show.

Walking on farer, he stopped a girl who was mumbling to herself. A jolteon was sitting next to her.

"Hello want to battle," he asked smugly. Crieg looked up at him and shook her head.

"No thanks. Even if this is a dream, I don't want to lose or anything. But if it's my dream I'm sure I'd win."

Samuel nodded, realizing that this girl was one of the people who went on the trip with him. He didn't disclaimer her idea and kept on walking.

"Bye Crieg!"

"No one so far..." Debbi saw Sam walking away. "I think I should go with Sam to keep him under control." She chuckled. "Empoleon, you're gonna have to let Eevee down."
"Emmmp." It sounded like an Awww. Sadly he lifted up his wing to let his friend down.

Demitri crossed her arms, nodding at Lily's suggestion and watching as other Pokemon moved around and interacted with one another. The brunette looked down at her absol, who seemed deep in thought as always, studying the area around him with caution. She lifted an eyebrow, "Well?" Ace looked up at her as she spoke, made a sort of grunting noise before looking around at all the other Pokemon, obviously not planning on making any effort to leave her side to associate with any of them. "Suit yourself." She said, smirking half-heartedly, "You can't avoid them forever if we'll be traveling with them. I'm not the only human in the world, you'll have to get used to being with others eventually."

Jason

A man in a lab coat answered the door. "Hello, can I help you," he asked. Jason studied the man before saying, "yeah, I have this pokemon, Abra, and I want to know what it can do, and how I can get more pokemon." The tone in his voice made the aide give him a disapproving look before he took off in a long speil of what kinds of pokemon there were, and what attacks his abra could use, and how to catch pokemon, as well as some other things he really didn't care about.

"Hope I could help," the aide said, as Jason tried to take all the information in. "You got anything that can help me figure out which pokemon are which when I'm out there," Jason asked. "Well, we do have some pokedex's," he replied, pulling one out of his pocket, "but we can't just give them out." Jason sneered and snatched the pokedex from the aide's hand. "Thanks," he said, before turning and running, the aide yelling for help behind him, but it was too late, Abra had teleported them again.

((XD those hoodlum teens at it again! *Shakes cane in the air* XD))

"Demitri, you can just ask anyone if you need help, if your pokemon doesnt want to pair off. its not like we'll be away from each other anway." Lily offered.

"Vee! Vee!" Eevee cried. As if saying 'no! no! I dont wanna go!'

Syd grabbed Wolf, and lifted the Pokemon off him. "Okay. You're friendly and you can use Tackle. Got it." the teen smiled. The Poochyena barked and wagged it's tail, happily agreeing.

"So, what other attacks can you use?" Syd wondered before he realized that he was completely seperated from the other teens on the field trip. "On second thought, where did everyone else go?"

Wolf looked around for a little bit, and gave out a brief whine not knowing either. He then started sniffing around in what seemed like a random pattern, before barking and pointing with his nose.

"There's someone over there? Alright. Hey, maybe I should put you back in your Pokeball?" Syd dug into his left jacket pocket and pulled out the red and white orb. "Okay, now how do you work this thing again? I should know how to do this since I watched the show with my little--!" Syd was cut off as a Sparrow swooped down and plucked the Pokeball from his hand. "Hey! What the--get back here!" he yelled, pursuing the bird Pokemon, Wolf following close behind him.

Crieg looked up from where she sat when she heard someone yelling. A Sparrow flew by with a pokeball in it's claws. She exchanged a look with her Jolteon and decided to follow the bird.

"Come on Mesmar, this may be interesting."

"Sam! Wait up!" Debbi ran after the boy. "Hey we need to stick together, you can't just go wandering out alone, even if you are a 'Pokemon master.' We're going to Sandgem Town and then meeting back here. After we make up a game plan you can do whatever you want."

Jason

"According to this... you can teleport, and apparently use Fire Punch for some reason," Jason said, raising an eyebrow as he read the pokedex's information. "Well, let's try and catch another of you creatures. After all, who knows how long I'll be stuck here, might as well get some powerful creatures at my command. At the very least I could ward off anyone who gets too chummy."

As soon as he stopped to look around at where they ended up, he saw a small pokemon coming toward the path. It looked like it was wearing a green helmet with some red horn on it in a white dress of sorts. Without a word he brought out his pokedex and looked at what it could do. "Ralts, knows growl, confusion, double team, and teleport. Let's do it." He grabbed one of the pokeballs and tossed it at the pokemon, and with a yelp, it was contained in the pokeball. He walked over to pick it up, but discovered it was shaking.

He wondered what that was about, but the shaking stopped, and the ball remained stationary. "Weird," he muttered, before claiming the ball and letting the creature out. It stood in front of Jason, examining him, saying it's name occasionally, as he studied it. "...Welcome to the team," he said, and began to walk down the path, Abra hanging from his neck, and Ralts now walking at his side.

Demitri looked up as Lily talked to her, smiling politely as she finished, "No, it won't be a problem, I assure you I know what I'm doing. Ace is young, but he acts like a grumpy old man, wouldn't be good in a pairing anyways." She said, nudging the absol teasingly with the side of her boot. He looked from her to Lily, getting to his feet and circling around Demitri before returning to her side. "But thanks anyways, I do feel more comfortable in a group." She told her, "Do you know where it is we'll be going first?" Demitri had always played the games, grabbed a pack of cards when she could, a total dork about it, and she wasn't going to hide she was excited about expiriencing it hands-on.

"We're going to sandgem town to stock up, then the whole group meets back here, and then whoever wants to go on their own can, then we head out. I think." Lily said, looking at Debbi for confirmation.

"Well, I'm not exactly what you'd call knowledgable about wherever the hell we are. For knowledge on...here, I'd reccomend the group I just left. I'm assuming that they know what they're doing, since they were all giddy with joy..." John faced the direction he had come from. "They're about...20 minutes that way, if you want to find them. As fer me, I'm heading this way." Pointing behind the punk, John smiled at her. "You're free to come with me if you like. I'm planning on finding my own way, but it never hurts to have company."

Gible glared at Houndour, it's tiny hands swiping at it but just failing to make contact.

"Okay..." Taylor turned her head, looking in the direction John had indicated. "I'm going out on a limb here and assume that they're the kids from the bus..." She bit her lower lip, chewing on it as she thought.

John...kids that I don't know.

She looked back to the direction John had said he was going.

Hyper-active annoying kids that I don't know...Cool, laid back John.

Next, she turned her blue eyes to Houndour and Gible. Then back to John.

Kids...John. Well, no contest there.

"I'm sticking with you." She smiled and stepped up next to John, sliding her arm through his. "Let's go!"

Houndour's mouth fell open, his tongue lolling to the side. He looked far too pleased with himself and the prediciment he had inadvertently put Gible in.

Samuel was now in a town, though he was unsure of which one it was. Feeling a bit lonely he sent out his Gliscor.

"Hey, help me look for either a gym or a Pokemon Center," he told it. Gliscor nodded and flew above Samuel's head, though not too far. The pair began to search the town until they arrived at a Center.

"Alright," the twelve year old cried, seemingly high fiving his Gliscor.

John found himself stifling a blush at the sudden proximity to Taylor. "Alright. Let's get going. We're bound to hit something soon if we just keep moving." The teen started forward, not removing his arm from it's lock with the punk's. Well, I guess she likes me...that, or I'm just more appealing than a bunch of kids on permanant sugar high...

Gible rocked it's small body back and forth, using it's lodged fin as a sort of fulcrum to help free itself. As it picked up momentum, the small shark grinned at Houndour, before it flew free of it's lodgings, and swatted the dog on the nose. Scrambling to it's feet, Gible grinned at the dog, before darting off towards the retreating form of the two trainers. Darting up his back, it took a seat happily on the teen's shoulder.

"Houn!" Houndour yelped in surprise at finding its nose suddenly swatted by the now quite free Gible. "Dour..." It leapt to its feet, racing after Gible and falling into step beside his trainer.

Taylor glanced down and smiled at Houndour, before returning her attention to the road road they were walking on. "Any ideas where this'll take us? It's definentally a road, so its gotta lead somewhere, right?" She still didn't remove her arm from its lock with John's, seeming quite happy to keep it where it was. "Hopefully a town or something."

Jason

"As far as my knowledge goes, you two creatures can fight to get stronger, hence the reason you fight in the first place. So, you two fight each other until you... evolve... and can actually stand a chance against most things around here," Jason told the two. "But no hurting each other, I don't know how long it'll take to get to the next town, and I don't want to run out of potions." He thought for a moment and said, "this sounds so lame."

Abra and Ralts nodded and turned to each other, and began using techniques to fight each other. Abra stuck mainly with teleport, occasionally using a fire punch, while Ralts used growl, double team, and confusion a lot. Jason watched with a fierce eye, wondering how long it would take. His pokedex had pegged Abra close to evolution, and it revealed that Abra would not learn any more moves until then, so evolution was definately something he wanted to happen. He noticed that Ralts was stronger than it looked, a worthy catch. They were both the same type though, he would have to see about getting something different sooner or later.

John shrugged at Taylor's question. "I really don't know where it'll take us. I came across a fork in the road, and this is the way I decided to go. We'll see when we get there, I guess."

After a few more minutes of walking the group came to a stop at the shore of a large lake. John looked out at the water in thought for a moment, before sighing. "This is definatly not a town...well, I'm lost." He looked sheepishly at Taylor. "Not the best guide in the world, am I?"

Gible touched it's foot to the water, just before it yelped at the cold and scampered back from the shore. "Gib..."

"Well...no signs, no people...Guess we are lost."

Taylor looked around, seeing if there was anything that she could spot that would give them a clue as to where they were. She looked abck at John and shrugged. "But, don't worry about it. We can always back track or something."

Houndour leaned over the water, eyeing its reflection. It cocked its head to the side before it stuck out its tongue and lapped up some water.

Gible looked at the two talking trainers, and was about to move towards the pair when it spotted Houndour. A sly grin spread across it's face, and the land shark slowly began to tip-toe over towards the dog.

"Back tracking might work...but then we'll just end up in that tiny town again. Which was a very boring place to be, believe me..." John glanced over at Gible just in time to see what it was up to. "Gible!"

The creature quickly shoved Houndour roughly from behind, pushing him into the cold water.

"I said get back here!" Syd called out to the Spearow, who cawed defiantly and kept flying. "Pooch!" Wolf remarked, following behind Syd's left.

Narrowing in on the Spearow, Syd didn't notice that they were running on a trail leading out of the forest. The teen drew closer and closer, until the bird Pokemon made a sharp turn to the left. "Ah!" he exclaimed in surprise as the Spearow made its escape while leaving Syd to crash in to a thick tree. Instinctively, the teen jumped towards the tree and kicked off against it, jumping over Wolf as the Poochyena turned in pursuit. He reached out to the passing Spearow, trying to snatch the Pokeball out of it's talons, but he missed by inches.

Spearow cawed mockingly, and then accelerated. "Y-ena!" Wolf barked, now on Syd's right. "Wolf, can you stop that thing somehow. "Pooch!" the dog exclaimed as it burrowed into the ground using Dig.

"Huh? Where did he--?" A few seconds later, Wolf ascended out of the ground, and into the air, right in front of Spearow. The Pokemon then began to charge an ominous dark orb from it's mouth, and launched it at the bird. "Spearow!" the winged Pokemon cried out in pain, dropping the Pokeball and flying away into the woods.

Houndour yelped and plunged head first into the water. A few seconds later its head broke the surface, sputtering and coughing as he swam to the shore.

"Houndour!" Taylor ran over the lake shore, arriving just in time it help Houndour out of the water. "Poor guy. Weren't exactally looking for a bath, were you?"

"Houn.." Houndour shook itself, showering the area--and Taylor--with water. "Houn dour dour houn..." It grumbled to itself, sitting down and brooding.

The punk laughed, bending down to scratch it ears. "Oh come on, a little water never hurt anyone.."

Houndour huffed, turning its head away from her. She shook her head and sat down next to it, one han still scratching it ears. "I'll give this place one thing, its got a nice view."
