This World

Orion smiled, blushing a little at Zach's close proximity. His grin turned into a smirk. Two could play at that game. He wrapped an arm around her and spoke, "Maybe I did. "

He leaned closer, his face an inch from hers.

Sayo, The Principal

"I'm sure, Amy." Sayo replied, smiling at her. His attention was then turned back to the stadium, where the teachers and the principal were seated. The principal (an elderly man, who looked like he should have retired long ago) stood up, and slowly approached the podium. He cleared his throat before speaking in a dry, monotone voice. He went on to say how it was a terrible tragedy, what had happened, and some other irrelevant things. After fifteen minutes of continuous speaking, the old man came to a topic that was of interest.

"Due to the passing of Mr. John, we are in need of a new science teaching. At the moment, we are looking for a suitable replacement. Until that time, we shall have an interm teaching take over his class. Reginald Fau, head of Fau Enterprises, has kindly given his time and has offered to become our new temporary science teacher. He has a minor degree in teaching, and I am confident he will be a good interm teacher. Please welcome Mr. Fau."

Scattered applause welcomed the man as he stepped onto the stage. As he approached the podium, Mr. Fau walked with a noticeable limp, using a cain to help get around. Reginald was silent for a moment before briefly speaking.

"Thank you, Principal Franklin. It is sad that I must replace the departed teacher for some time, but I will strive to do my best, and keep Mr. John's memory."

Fau went back to his seat, and Principal Franklin spoke for a few more minutes, before dismissing the students to their first hour class.

Amy looked at Zach's and Orion's interaction. She was kind of confused. She tugged on Sayo's sleeve.

"Do they like eachother?"

Zach was blushing too, but she wasn't going to give Orion the pleasure of seeing her embarrassed. She moved closer so her lips were just about to touch his and then she pulled back.

"Well it's time to go to class."

"That or we can do something a lot more fun," he murmured, closing the gap between them, kissing her slowly. He had been waiting a long time for this.

When he pulled away, he smirked and said, "Yes, Amy. We do."

Zach felt her face heat up and she looked at the ground. Amy giggled at her friends. She was happy for them. And Zach being embarrassed was cute. She was usually calm and in control. But that all changed when Zach slapped Orion across the face. It wasn't that hard though. She did it more from embarrassment than rage. She did like Orion.

"Orion! I can't believe you just did that. I-I...um.." She trailed off, looking down again. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to slap you. You just took me by surprise. It was a reflex."

(Orion: A reflex? What do guys come onto you all the time?

Zach: Shut up!!

Orion: XD)

(LOL. Gotta say that.)

"What, do guys come onto you all the time?" he asked her with a grin. He chuckled a bit and leaned in close to her, "Come on, Zach. You like me, I like you, there's a janitor's closet where no one would even think to search for us. It's fate."

He grinned at Amy, "Perhaps you should get to class. Cover for us. Please?"

"No they do not." She gave Orion a look, but then soften. "And I'm not going to skip class. You know better than that. Maybe another time," she said leaning in to kiss him.

Amy felt her own face go a little warm from their display of affection and stood to go.

Orion smiled and kissed her once again, wrapping an arm around the gothic-looking girl's waist. He murmured, "Come one. You'd rather spend time in class than with me?"

(almost that's the wrong kind of waist. <<spelling/grammar nazi)

Zach pulled a little away, a wicked smile on her face. She was half torn actually. She didn't like skipping classes, but she did want to spend time with Orion.

"Maybe. But I could be convinced."

Amy moved out of the assembly hall. She was on her way to first period when a group of guys came up to her.

"Hey cutie. Where are you heading too," one of them said. Another one grabbed some of her hair.

"To first period of course," she said brightly, not realizing what was going on.

"No. You're going to come with us."

"Yeah. A pretty girl like you doesn't need to be in class."

(LOL. Yes you are.)

Orion chuckled and kissed her again before standing up, bringing her up with him. He grinned at her, "Come on. Let's go somewhere. We might get caught here."

"O-ok," Zach said, her face still a little red. She wasn't use to this. She was letting Orion be in control for now. He seemed to know what he was doing.

((Mind slowing down with the posts? Still waiting for Alec to post. Oh, and make sure that Zach and Orion eventually come to science class. It's imperitive that they do. I'll post with Sayo in a little bit, I think.))

(Don't worry. Zach won't let them skip completely. And no one save Amy. Me and Magus got a plan.)

Amy looked at the guys, still smiling. There was about four of them, all older than she was.

"No that would be wrong. I can't skip class," she said. The boys laughed at her.

"No one will notice."

"Yeah it will be perfectly fine," the one holding her hair said, moving closer to her. Another one took her hand. Amy was beginning to feel uncomfortable, but she still didn't understand completely what was going on. She thought they were just being nice.

"No. I'm sorry, but I have to go."

Amy pulled away starting to walk off, but one of them grabbed her wrist, pulling her back.

"Ow that hurts."

"You're not going anywhere girly."

Sayo

"Just make sure you get to class, you love birds." Sayo commented as Zach and Orion walked away. He noticed that some boys started to surround Amy, and saw how they were handling her. Sayo felt anger swell within him and he marched over to them, stepping between Amy and the jerks.

"Hey now! If she doesn't want to go with you, then she's not going."

Orion smirked, taking her hand and leading her down the hallway, leading her to a classroom whose door was always locked. Quickly, he took out a lockpick and fiddled with the lock before showing himself and Zach in. Within, there was a TV complete with a VCR and DVD player, a bunch of junkfood, and other possessions typical of Orion.

The slacker smirked, "This is where I go when none of you guys don't want to skip but I don't feel like class. You like? The lock's so screwed up that no one can open it without fiddling with it. Plus, this place hasn't been used for years. So, do you want to make out, eat junk food, or watch a movie?"

Jacob

"Huh. I should have convinced Orion or Amy to come with me, this would have been at least a little more fun then." Jacob commented to himself as he walked down the street away from school. Jacob had decided to skip school for the day. Besides, science was just going to be recap as the substitute tried to figure out whatever it was Mr. Johns had been teaching them. Jacob didn't need or want to deal with that.

Zach looked around in awe. She should of known that Orion would have a place like this. But she didn't except it at the same time.

"This is pretty cool. But..." She looked at the clock. They were late, but only by a few minutes. And they could sneak in since it was a substitute.

"I am kind of hungry," she said eyeing the food.

The guy who was holding onto Amy's wrist tighten it and Amy sucked in air hard.

"Ow..."

A tough looking blonde walked up to Sayo smirking down at him. "Oh look. The girl has herself a boyfriend. What are you going to do to stop us, punk?" He pushed Sayo a little to show he meant business.

"That's the spirit. Take what you want," Orion told Zach with a grin, gesturing to his pile of junkfood. He fetched himself a 100 Grande bar, unwrapped it, and took a bite into it happily. He smirked at Zach, "Come one, stay awhile. We're all alone here."

He smirked at her, wriggling his eyebrows suggestively.

Zach took some chips and sat down on a desk. She raised an eyebrow at Orion and laughed.

"Don't make me slap you again," she said, smiling to show she was joking. And she was...kind of.

"Come on, what's the big deal? I like you, you like me. I'm just suggesting we imitate the couples in those teen movies we watch all the time," he told her with a laugh.

"But this rpg is suppose to be only teen right now."

"I don't think we should push it, that's all. We only just begun dating." Zach felt bad though and she moved over to Orion, hugging him. She nuzzled her head against his neck, which was probably a weird move.

A thunderous sound came as a large, heavy object knocked against the door of the unused classroom Orion and Zach were in. Silence reigned for a few more seconds before a gruff voice sounded.

"Get to class, children. I know you're in there. If you're not out in ten seconds, I will come in there myself."

Sayo

"I'll....I'll...." Sayo trailed off, noticing just how much large the guy towering over him was. And how much stronger the boy and his friends were. Well....this wasn't going to end well....still, he couldn't let this jerks have their way with Amy. So....

Taking a deep breath, and hoping for the best, Sayo proceeded to knee the guy in the groin. He was so totally going to die now....

Policeman

"Hey kid!" a policeman rushed over to Jacob. "What are you doing out of school? It isn't safe out here."

Zach jumped and pulled away from Orion, a guilty look on her face.

"I thought you said no one knew about this," she said, moving towards the door. She wanted to get the smallest punishment possible.

The guy groaned in pain, but two others were on Sayo in a moment. One punched him in the face, while the other went for the guts. The fourth was still holding onto Amy.

"Leave him alone," she yelled, tears in her eyes. "Stop it!"

Orion, who was closing his eyes in contentment from Zach hugging him and nuzzling his neck, jumped up in surprise.

He looked apologetically at Zach, "No one's supposed to! Who is that out there?"

"I don't know," Zach said, opening the door to face whoever it was. It was most likely a teacher or maybe a janitor. And looking at the guy, she was right. Janitor.

"We are sorry sir," Zach said, hoping not to get lectured.
