Into the Netherworld (Real Terror Universe)

He leaned forward, almost getting on top of his girlfriend as he did so, feeling electricity surge from their every touch. He didn't know if it was from their powers or not, but at the moment, he didn't care.

Hanyer looked over at Lily and smiled.

"So where do you want to go for our first date?"

Taryn felt herself fall backward gradually as he leaned foward, her back hitting the ground gently. She leaned up on her elbows and slowly broke the kiss, breathing hard.

Thomas felt himself blush when his girlfriend broke the kiss. His face felt hott and he was breathing heavily. He looked down at her and murmured, "Wow... That was... Wow."

Taryn breathed deeply, trying to get her breath to even out. She looked Thomas as he blushed and laughed quietly after he spoke. She nodded her head and grinned at him, "Yes. That it was."

"We have to do this more," he told her with a grin, cupping her cheek with his hand. He murmured, "You're amazing."

Taryn smiled sweetly at him, leaning her cheek into his hand a little. She looked up at him, doe eyed, and said said in a meek voice, "And you're incredible."

Thomas felt himself smile. He couldn't help but stare in her eyes in adoration. He just couldn't resist the look she was giving him right now. He kissed her cheek and murmured, "I love you."

Somewhere, he knew, Lily was vomiting.

"I don't really know, whatever you think sounds good." She said, she picked up a flat stone and tried to skip it, it sunk. like always.

"I don't know either. Would you like to go out for dinner or see a movie or something?"

"Are you two going to ask vague questions and never decide on something," Charlie muttered quietly, also trying to skip stones. They all sank.

"A movie sounds nice, I love the movies." She said, she kept rying, but skipping stones was something she couldn't do, some people can't jump fences, some can't snap, some can't whistle; Lily couldn't skip stones or roll her tongue.

(I can't roll my tongue either Lily. It's ok. ^_^)

"Ok. We can see what you want. I'll watch almost anything," Hanyer said. His insides felt like they were on fire. He was really excited about the date, although he managed to stay calm.

((Well I'm not lily, but yeah neither can I.))
"Anything but Romantic Comedy, I hate chick flicks. What about that thriller that just came out?" She asked.

(I know. I was joking. Not about the roll tongue thing...never mind.)

"Sounds fun. I'm glad you don't like them either. I was afraid if I said something, you'd yell at me," he teased.

"I would't do that, I wonder if the lovebirds are done with their moment." She pondered, again trying to skip a stone. It sunk. Again
"Damn rock." She said softly, chucking one into the pond

"I don't know," Hanyer said, watching as Lily tried to skip stones. "I hope so."

Taryn's face took on a slightly dazed expression. Her smile became slightly dazed, well as she was hypnotized by his eyes. Nothing had ever succeeded in so easily distracting her. "I love you, too."

"We need to do this more often," he murmured, kissing her gently again. He cupped her face and smiled at her, never looking away from her eyes. He had never felt closer to her or more content than he felt now.

Taryn nodded and softly replied, "We do." She found her way back onto his lap and rested her head against his chest. She could hear his heart beating. Unable to think of anything to say to him at the moment, she simply let out a contented sigh.

Thomas grinned a bit, feeling his heart skip a beat at the intimate position they were in, but he calmed down soon enough. He gripped her waist and felt his smile grow at her sigh. He teased, "Feeling content, are we?"

Taryn heard his heart speed up for a moment and she smiled. She moved her head so that her chind rested on him and looked up at him. She smirked and replied, "I don't know. Maybe..."

"Hmm... Then maybe I am too," he told her with a grin, leaning in and kissing her again. Yep, he told himself, he could be smooth. That or Taryn liked his dorkiness. Eh, that didn't really matter. Whatever worked.

Taryn kissed him back, giggling slightly as she did. She loved how 'smooth' he could be. But she couldn't resist teasing him a little. She pulled away from the kiss and said laughingly, "Dork."

"But I'm your dork," he told her with a blush, chuckling a little, "That has to count for something, right?"

He gave her his infamous "puppy dog" face. He knew she couldn't resist it.
