Taryn raised her hand, "I do!" School had completely brainwashed her into raising her hand whenever she was spoken to in a group. She couldn't seem to break the habit.

"Taryn, just because you raised your hand, it doesn't mean you can speak. Wait until you're called on," Thomas told his girlfriend with a grin, doing an impression of one of their most-hated teachers.

Taryn rolled her eyes, but then she played along with Thomas' impression. "Yessir, sorry Mister Stine," she murmured, looking up at him with guilty, Bambi-ish eyes.

Nick walked into the Lily's house to find Lily preparing the Xbox, and the lovely couple to be having a somewhat fight. He noticed Taryn's innocent eyes. "Ah yes, Bambi, I killed your mother, so sorry." he said before plunking down in one of the bean bag chairs. "I'll just watch. I'm more of a sand box man." he said. "You know, inFamous, Assassin's Creed, thats my kind of stuff." he said, waving his hand.

Thomas rolled his eyes at Nick before kissing Taryn. He smiled when he pulled away from her, "So cute. Why do you always use those eyes on me?"

Taryn looked at Thomas and grinned at him, "Because they work." Then she looked over at Nick and shook her head, "That's just cold, man. Don't kill the deer. They come back and eat you."

Thomas shook his head muttered, "You are a cruel, cruel mistress." He grinned at Nick, "Deer will hunt you and kill you in your sleep."

Taryn nodded and grinned, "Well, Tommy Boy, cruelty is specialty of mine. And no, I won't stop calling you that. It's too much fun." She plopped down into a bean bag chair, feeling a bit tired.

"Why do you think I sleep with one eye open?" retorted Nick. He then got a look like he was thinking. "Well there's deer and almost everybody else I know who I need to make sure don't brutally murder me." he added.

Thomas grinned at Nick, "I'm not surprised." With that said, he laid down on a bean bag chair next to Taryn and asked rhetorically, "Why do I keep coming back for more, then?"

Taryn laughed, "Nor am I surprised." She sank into a more comfortable position in her chair and then she looked at Thomas, answering his question, despite the fact that it was rhetorical. "Just face it, Tommy, you like the constant bullying."

Thomas laughed and wrapped an arm around Taryn, "And you like to do the constant bullying." He smirked at her, "Maybe I should get psychiatric help. It can't be healthy for me to like the bullying."

Ceshlyta walked into the house and to where the group had landed. "Any game is fine with me, as long as I can play at some point." she said. She hadn't played video games in a while, since her XBOX 360 had been having that red light problem, and she hadn't gotten it fixed yet.

Lily plopped down and handed out controllers. She turned on the xbox and the game. "prepare for the ultimate ass-kicking!" She exclaimed

Hanyer waited behind the others. He wasn't too big a fan of video games, but he would play if asked. Charlie, who managed to catch up to the others, was also standing by. She wanted to play, but she didn't want to make them let her play.

"You only have an Xbox? I guess I'm more of a playstation fan," Charlie said.

"Well PS games are more rpgs than versus games."

"I have a gamecube too." Lily told her. "Playstations aren't as good as Xbox, I think."

"Gamecube? Oh do you have Super Mario Smash Brothers for the Gamecube," Charlie asked excited. She liked the old system even if no more games were being made for it.

"yeah, it's over there, Hasn't been plyed in a while though." She said, pointing to a gamecube in pristine condition in the corner of the room.

"How about a Playstation 3?" Thomas asked, a bit curious.

"SMASH BROS? You mean like Brawl for Game Cube?!!?!?!?! CanIplaycanIplaycanIplay?!?!?!" Ceshlyta squealed. She had played Subspace Emissary on Brawl ten times over, and had unlocked all the characters and other features. Normally that would mean that the game would get boring, but to Ceshlyta, it was never boring.

"I like PS3 I just hate the Xbox controller, plus it has better exclusives." said Nick. "They are both good systems but I have PS3, and I like it. I actually almost got an Xbox, because I wanted to get Tales of Vesperia, but then they announced an upgrade for the PS3, so I'm happy now. Plus Microsoft is evil." he continued. And then he turned to look at the gamecube. "If you can get it to work, I claim pikachu." he said.

"Of course it works, we have both super smash bros games, I call kirby!"he said, pulling out the gamecube and plugging it in.

((I only know of Brawl characters, since my bro and I have played it so much. I've never played the GC game, but I know most of the characters stayed the same, other than Mewtwo and Jigglypuff. Oh, and ZCF, I love your Ron White quote. He is very funny, and that quote is sooo true.))

"Dangit! I love Kirby! Though I only use him for his flying ability to be annoying....I call next round with Mewtwo!" Ceshlyta said happily.

"We can both be Kirby, he comes in different colors." She explained, handing her a controller.

"Oh I want to play too. I call Samus*!" Charlie was excited now. She didn't like video games too much, but some of the older ones were really interesting to her. Like all the old Mario games and the like. "Hanyer want to play too?"

"Nah I'm not a fan of the gamecube. I'll play something else if possible, or just watch."

(We are talking about the same game right?)
