Jacob

Jacob froze in place as he heard the news that this chick was actually a guy. It felt like there was a piercing and cold wind going by, but Jacob could tell he was the only one who felt it. For the first time in years, the boy wanted the ground to swallow him whole. "I....of god I flirted with a trannie...." JAcob stated rhetorically in shock as his cheeks turned bright red.

"Hey I am not a trannie, not that there is anything wrong with them," Jillian said, insulted. "My mother just seems to buy me girlish clothes and she keeps dying my hair pink."

"You know what I like you Jill," Zach said.

"But um, why didn't you tell us before," Amy asked.

"Because usually react like your friend here," Jillian said, pointing to Jacob. "I just wanted to avoid any drama right now. Looks like that's not an option anymore."

Orion felt himself laugh uncontrollably. He couldn't help it! The look on Jacob's face was hilarious. He spoke, "Wow... Jacob, remind me not to sleep over at your house."

Jacob

"Oh **** you Orion. Keep your mouth shut before I make out with your girlfriend again." Jacob replied, very very angry now.

Sayo

"Oh come on Jacob, it isn't that bad. It was an honest mistake. Anyone could have made it." Sayo quickly said, hoping to calm down his friend. Still, it had been pretty hilarious, though he wouldn't say that.

"You know I also assumed he could have known I was a guy all along and was gay," Jillian said with a shrug. "You never know." He looked at his feet them to Jacob. "I'm sorry about not being up front."

Jacob

Jacob slapped his forehead as he began to feel both furious and shamed at the same time. Sayo's attempts to calm him down failed, instead just making him even more angry now that he felt like Sayo was being condescending to him. But Jillian's last remarks really set him up.

"Oh of course. Of course you're a ***, that's why you didn't stop me... Damnit!" Jacob shouted as he glared at Jillian, looking like he was about to try and kill the other boy. He clenched his fists together tightly while trying to figure out what to do next. Suddenly the boy took a quick step towards Jillian, fist raised. But suddenly Jacob lowered his arm, grunted loudly, and quickly turned around as he began to walk way from the group.

Jillian frowned, upset at being attacked like that. He wasn't a ***. He was just too use to being hit on that he didn't think it would be that big a deal. But he was wrong. And he felt extremely bad about it. Without thinking he followed Jacob.

"If hitting me makes you feel better about this then go ahead," he said, though he didn't particularly want to get hit. "And I'm sorry. If I have known how homophobic you are then I would have spoken up."

Jacob

Jacob's left eye twitched as he heard Jillian's voice behind him. He felt nothing but contempt at the familiarity that Jillian spoke to him with. Jacob bit his lip as he contemplated whether or not he should punch the boy right there. "...Not even worth it." He muttered before continuing to walk away without even replying to Jillian.

Amy frowned at the scene. She felt insanely guilty because she was the one who started it all. She began to cry that she had made Jacob really upset.

Zach shook her head at Jacob, but did not follow him. He would be ok. She knew him well enough to know that.

"Well this has been an exciting day."

Sayo

"Hey, it's not your fault, Amy." Sayo quickly consoled, seeing that his girlfriend was on the verge of tears.

"Jacob would have found out sooner or later. It's better that he found this out now. It's not your fault."

((So, any ideas what to do with the gang for the rest of the day?))

Jillian came back and saw that Amy was upset. He felt bad about that.

"Hey Amy, don't cry. I didn't mean to start a fight with Jacob."

"Don't worry Jill," Zach said. "Jacob makes all the girls cry."

(Idk.)

(Me neither.)

Orion shook his head. He should have remembered that Jacob had quite a temper when it came to being made fun of.

"Maybe I should go after him," he said thoughtfully. He looked over at Zach for help.

Zach was about to protest but she sighed and nodded.

"I'll come with you. Amy don't fret too much ok? You just don't know us all that well and so you made a mistake."

Amy nodded at Zach, but she wasn't entirely comforted. She felt more disconnected from the group and it wasn't just Zach's words.

"Ok. Have fun talking to Jacob."

"We'll try."

Orion nodded and gripped Zach's hand before chasing after Jacob. He grimaced. He hated drama. That was why he liked his group of friends.

"Jacob! Wait up!" he called when they finally caught up to him.

Jacob

Jacob sighed loudly as he heard Orion catch up to him. "Dude, what is it?" He asked while turning around, making no effort to hide his anger.

Zach saw Jacob's anger and stepped between him and Orion.

"We came to make sure you're ok. We are your friends Jacob. And if you need to hit someone go and ahead and strike me. You know you can't take me anyways," she half-joked, but she meant it. If hitting someone made him feeling better she was willing to let him take a swing at her.

Jacob

Jacob loosened his jaw before sighing loudly. Zach knew he would never hit her. And it kind of pissed him off as he assumed that she was just manipulating him. "Nah, I'm not gonna hit anyone. It's just...damn that guy." Jacob stated ruefully as his shoulders slacked down.

(Oh I keep forgetting Jacob's new theme song: "Somebody told me you had a boyfriend who looked like a girlfriend that I had him February of last year..." XD)

"Sure you don't want to go get Jill and hold him while you beat him up," Zach offered. She shook her head then, hair falling into her face, her face becoming more serious. "You shouldn't let this get to you. We were only kidding."

Jacob

Jacob shook his head in disagreement. Most of his anger had passed by now, but he was still surprised and slightly frustrated, and oddly disappointed as well. "Nah, I'd rather just never see that guy again. And it's not you guys it's.... doesn't matter. You guys should probably go back though." Jacob replied before he forced a smile, hoping that it would reassure Zach.

"Damn it, Jacob. You know we can't leave you like this. We're your friends and Zach's the group mom so she won't let you go anywhere even if I wanted to let you go," Orion commented with a frown.

Jacob

"Dude I am not going back there. Not with that obnoxious ***** waiting back there. You can follow me home if you'd like. But I'm not going back with you." Jacob stated matter of factly.

"Fine," Zach said. She nodded at Orion. She felt Jacob was being a little unfair to Jillian since he never actually claimed to be a girl or returned any gestures made at him. But she knew Jacob was upset and she thought that maybe if he calmed down and really thought about it logically he could come to forgive or at least not hate Jillian. "Lead the way."

Sayo

"Come on, we'd better go after them. Aunt Jennifer will probably be coming to pick us up any minute, anyway." Sayo said to Amy. He hoped that Zach and Orion had succeeded at least partially in calming down Jacob.

Amy nodded and looked over at Jillian with a soft smile.

"Don't worry, Jacob will come to accept you as a friend. Just have patience," she said in a knowing tone. Then the moment was gone and she turned to leave with Amy.

"Weird bunch...."
