You are one of the few. Part of the handful out of millions. One of the rare who survived.
Starting in ’91 an injection was given to million kids chosen at random. Only a handful survived and you are one of them. You say that you are different. You sat you don’t /try/ to get into trouble, trouble just follows you. That is true. That is the injections fault. It altered your DNA, your personality, and you in general.
The injection made you strong, faster and smarter than any normal human should be. Therefore, you get into trouble by accident. Throw a simple punch in a fist fight and break the persons jaw. Speak out in class and interrupt a teacher because you can’t help yourself. You have probably been kicked out of school and maybe even arrested once or twice.
Your parents are sick of your behavior. Sick of having to deal with the ‘teenage rebel’ so when a letter to a boarding school popped up, they jumped at the chance to send you.
But this school isn’t a normal boarding school. Sure you learn your maths, sciences, arts, languages, history and other high school classes. But you also learn who you are. Why you were created. And why you are ‘better’ then the normal humans. In this school you learn to control your strengths and hide your weaknesses from your enemies, and trust us, you have a lot of them. Why? Because here you learn how to be the perfect weapon of war.
Here you fix your flaws. Everyone has them, and this place will fix them for you. Whether it is dyslexia, ADHD, PTSD or anything else mental or it could even be physical, it will be fixed here. Despite efforts you aren’t perfect… yet.
The school will help mold you to perfection. That is if you manage to survive it. Yes this school will teach you to survive, but it will be hard. The extra classes are life threatening and mandatory. It’s a pass-fail course here. Pass and you live. Fail and you die. Physical demands will be more intense then you have ever had to endure.
Now, you have no choice but to face the road ahead and follow the path that you have been placed on at this school. So, are you ready to survive again? And after this, are you ready to face the upcoming war?

Name: Kira

Appearance
~Hair: Pin strait black hair that falls past her shoulders in layers. Long side bangs fall over her left eye.
~Eyes: Dark green eyes with blue specks. Mysterious glint in her eyes and they are usually hidden behind sunglasses.
~Body: She is averaged height with a flat chest. She looks boyish, and could pull off being a boy when her hair is pulled under a hood. Her limbs are long and slightly thin.
~skin: Light pale skin with a peachy undertone. Freckles around her nose and cheeks.
~tattoos/piercings: Black flames wrap around her wrists. Has a treble/bass clef heart on her left shoulder blade and a flying Chinese dragon type thing on her right. “Logan” on her lower black in pretty black lettering to remember her one and only best friend. Triple piercing in both ears, lip ring and nose stud. Cartilage piercing in her right ear. Bottom piercings in both ears are gauged.
~General fashion (what they normally wear): Black skinny jeans that are tucked into her DC shoes. Dark music t-shirts or other graphic t-shirts that are usually black, dark grey, blue or purple. Her dark grey hoody is long and big for her. The bottom goes just above her fingertips and the sleeves go clear past her fingers. And of course she has the dark sunglasses that hide her eyes.

Personality: She doesn’t care about much. She will do whatever pleases her and not care about consequences. Is pretty self-centered, but thinks of herself lower than other people. She is brutally honest, to the point where she doesn’t care about the person’s feelings.
But if you manage to befriend her, she will actually be a good friend. She puts her life on the line for those she cares for, but sense she doesn’t care for many people her life isn’t always on the line.

Flaw/disability: Has ADHD to the point where she /needs/ medication for it. But she doesn’t take it. She doesn’t let many people know about her ADHD problem, and it is a very touchy subject for her.
History

History:
Had a totally different personality when she was younger. When Kira was 12 and younger, she was little-miss-sun-shine. She was all smiles and cheers. You wouldn’t guess she is the same person she is now.
But the guy she had a long time crush on would have nothing to do with her because of her personality and how peppy she was. She kept trying to get his attention, acting out in class, speaking out of turn, but nothing worked. One day, on her 13th birthday, her dad died in a car accident. It sent her family into a turmoil. Her mom started drinking and her brother ended up in jail. Her personality went from peppy to gloom and doom that day. And stayed like that.
When she acted out in class, it was destructive. She would throw desks, yell at teachers, and cause book shelves to fall. It got to the point where she was expelled from school. The boy finally noticed her.
He found her crying in the rain one night at the intersection her dad died. He took her away from there one day and gave her the first taste of heroine. She got hooked and they got closer. To the point where they were best friends, helping each other get high and helping each other break the laws. They would shoplift together and they actually killed the person who caused her father’s death. She felt no remorse for what she did. After her breakdown in the rain, she showed very little emotion. He talked her into getting a tattoo, the twin fire patterns on her wrists. They became a ‘couple’, or as she viewed it, ‘friends with benefits’. She doubted that either of them had actual romantic feelings for the other.
One day they ran into a gang fight. He told her to leave and that they would meet up again at the abandoned park. Hours later he never showed. She went to find him, and found him dead in the alley that she left him in. That’s where she met her breaking point. She started bigger, worse crimes. She robbed jewelry stores, maimed people, and slowly took out the gang members that killed her best friend. Piece by piece her new look came in. The dark hair, the piercings, and the rest of her tattoos. She has one tattoo on her lower back that is her best friend’s name to remember him forever.
At her new school she was an outcast. She never went to classes and never took tests. Her teachers hammered her, but she didn’t care. She only cared for herself at that point and no one could change her mood on it.
Her mom died one night and she was forced into fostering. Through the foster program she was forced into PAA.

Appearance
~Hair: Dark brown hair, mid-neck length in the back, slightly wavy, with longer, unkempt bangs.
~Eyes: Sandy, darker blue, often tired-looking.
~Body: Just above average height, somewhat slim, but leanly muscular; walks with a slight limp, and although appearing physically strong, he seems have an alternately insecure or angry attitude.
~skin: Light olive tone.

~General fashion (what they normally wear): Dresses casually and practically, occasionally particularly colors.
Personality:
Disability (ooc: I feel as though flaws and disability shouldn't exactly be paralleled): PTSD, some physical impairment.
History: Damir was always quiet, throughout a somewhat turbulent childhood, with parents involved in a variety of activity that may or may not have been legal, taking him from place to place when running became necessary. He strained to get the most out of his education, but eventually found himself in a school where he would absolutely be harrassed if he involved himself in too many of young students' preferred activities, none of which were academic--after one particularly brutal beating, he fought back, harder than he expected, severely injuring his opponent. His responsibility was never discovered by any of the apathetic adults in the school, but the students grew to fear him, and eventually, took to him as a sort of leader. Though young, he began to fight his fellow students on a weekly basis, finding himself caught in a disturbing cycle, and worse, finding the adrenaline of the brawls something he sought, and never questioning his ability to avoid getting hurt as badly as his opponents. He tore his way through those late elementary years all the way until the end of middle school, when his parents swept him off again to run. For once, he wasn't too eager to leave. And after all that he and his parents had done on their own, in the ways that they'd hurt others, and totally sober, they were involved in a late-night, single-vehicle collision, which wound up killing his parents and badly injuring Damir. After a long, grueling recovery, he didn't return to his previous physical state, and was forced to live with his grandparents, whom had been estranged from their daughter, his mother, for almost all of her adult life. From what he found to be good reason. While in their home, he discovered many disturbing secrets about their family and began to act out again. He ran with similar crowds in high school that he had in his younger years, fighting and stealing and selling, and while "weaker" than before, managed to accomplish what was required of him. His grandparents were not so pleased with his behavior, and the few times he was forced to go home, they gave him the same violent treatment as they gave to his mother. And so, he fought back, against his grandmother, who was the more prominent perpetrator of his mother's abuse, and went further than he expected. When his grandfather discovered her body abandoned, he tried to report the young man to the authorities, only to find a mysterious letter to an elusive boarding school. Thinking better of his decision to report him, for fear of being found out himself for his own crimes, he sent Damir to the school instead of the criminal justice system. At the academy, the nightmares and flashbacks combined with accident and fight and murder began to plague him further than they ever had before. And though they had haunted him previously, they began to occupy his every thought, interfering with classes. His avoidant and aggressive tendencies have been duly noted by instructors and observers at the school, and will likely soon be addressed, whether he wishes them to be or not.

~Body: Angular and lanky; in relation to her physical build and clothing choices, she appears as one (a Troper, in particular) would define as Bifauxnen.
~skin: Clear, a shade darker than the Crayola "apricot".

~General fashion (what they normally wear): Always wearing clothing that is decidedly masculine or androgynous, and often a few sizes too big.

Personality: Kameran typically appears to be in a constant state of introspection (or perhaps simply quiet) while among classmates and peers, but when speaking, she can be shockingly charismatic, sardonic, and/or eloquent. She is highly manipulative and even emotional, yet very controlled in her responses. Her needs come before others, and her following of authority ends when it no longer meets her self-interest. She is calculated, but has a tendency to aggress, whether internally or externally.
Possible causes of (social/physical/cognitive/emotional/etc.) challenge:
Antisocial personality disorder, conduct disorder, and impulse control disorder (particularly pyromania), other emotional issues.
History: Not much is known about Kameran's history, though it seems that she was not brought to the school on her own terms.
