Jillian nodded.

"That sounds very good. I much rather be cuddling next to you than trying not to fall off Jennifer's bed because I want to be as far away from her as possible," Jillian said.

Amy watched as Sayo left then called out.

"Come to me."

(Sure, the killer can visit her. And yeah, Carla's awesome. )

Jacob

"Yeah ..." Jacob muttered in agreement as he wrapped his arm around Jillian. "Look Jill, I'm really sorry about that whole ... thing," Jacob whispered as he looked at his boyfriend and tried to smile apologetically.

(So I think I'm gonna go to bed now, talk to you guys later.)

Killer

"You rang, Mistress? Or were you calling to Carla? You weren't that specific." the Killer stated as he appeared beside Amy.

Jillian shook his head. He was already feeling better.

"No. It's ok. It really wasn't that bad. I mean I know you're bi, but being gay, sleeping with her didn't really do it for me," Jillian said with a half-smile.

Amy smiled at the Killer and shrugged.

"I wanted to talk to Carla, but I don't mind talking to you. How was your night," she asked.

Killer

"Pleasant enough. And yours was as well, I presume?" the Killer asked, gesturing to her attire.

"Human males are too easy," Amy said with a wicked smile. She moved so she was standing in front of the Killer. Amy ran a hand down his chest, smiling up at him. "But it was fun."

Killer

"Hehe, I imagine so. From what I have witnessed that boy Sayo is easily flustered. After what you put him through, I don't doubt he's finally relieving that tension of his you caused." the Killer replied with a chuckle.

"Probably. But I find him to be charming," Amy said, shrugging. She moved away from the Killer back to sit on the bed. "Of course you don't really want them to be charming to me. You want them to end."

Killer

"Oh, of course. Hm. Perhaps you should still call Carla. It's been awhile since I had a good argument with her. Doubtful it'll accomplish anything, but I would relish the opportunity to at least try to convince you that this world needs to be cleansed of the disease known as "humanity"." the Killer replied.

"I have yet to be persausive either way," Amy said. "But maybe I should call her. I think it will be amusing to see my two dogs fight."

(Does anyone else find the mental imagine of Amy calling the Killer a dog funny?)

Killer

"I can certainly bring her here if you wish, Mistress."

Carla

"There's hardly a need for that," Carla mused as she suddenly arrived. It had taken a while to drive the few blocks from Jennifer's new place to Amy's location, but Carla had sped as quickly as possible after hearing Amy's call.

"You called, Domina?" Carla asked as she looked at her Goddess. The guardian was amused by how often it seemed like she arrived onto Amy's and her pet's conversations. Always arriving at the dramatic last second, it would seem. She could have been the batman if she had spent her lives practicing everything ever.

Jacob

"Hey!" Jacob protested loudly as he stopped in place. "You make it sound like I would ... or like I want to cheat on you or something?" Jacob asked rhetorically, slightly offended, though the boy tried to smile to show he wasn't angry with Jill. ... He just didn't want Jillian to think he didn't care about him, or didn't respect their relationship or something. "... I wouldn't do that to you you know, and I wouldn't have slept with Jennifer if you weren't there," Jacob stated, looking Jillian in the eyes despite the fact that he realized how weird what he had just said sounded.

Amy smiled at Carla and looked quickly at the door.

"How was your night Carla? See anything good?"

Jillian nodded and he leaned over and kissed Jacob. Then he pulled away. Jillian believed that Jacob wanted to be with him. But then there was the question of why he didn't want anyone to know they were dating.

"I understand that Jacob and I trust you deeply," Jillian told him. "Um...your mother isn't going to be home right?"

Carla

"Your friends have all cemented their romantic entanglements tonight," Carla stated with her arms crossed as she glanced at her rival, the Killer and would be destroyer of anything good Amy might see. Then again, it was questionable whether or not Amy felt positively about her friends relationships, Carla realized. "Otherwise Domina, not much has happened tonight," she finished.

Jacob

"Pfft Probably not, she's probably at work already, and if she isn't, we can just tell her we're both coming back from Orion's or something. She wont check," Jacob reassured.

"Why don't we tell her the truth," Jillian said. Then he realized how that sounded. "I mean about us," he clarified. "Not what actually happened last night."

Amy nodded. It made sense to her. They were humans after all and that was one of their focus.

"Well it seem things are even. You must go before Sayo returns."

Orion grinned as he felt something soft on his lips. He instinctively kissed Zach back. He smirked at her, "Now, that's a nice way to wake up."

Slowly, he sat up, not bothering to hide the fact that he was watching his girlfriend dress. Sighing, he realized he had to dress himself as well, he pulled on his boxers along with his jeans before teasing his lover, "I didn't know your voice could quite reach that note, Zach. I have to hear it again sometime."

Jacob

Jacob looked away from Jillian and winced. He knew there was no easy way to get through this whole thing, that lying probably wouldn't help anything. Which is why he intended to use half-truths instead.

"Well, you know, my mom has been dealing with a lot of stuff lately. Her ex-husband died, her new boyfriend is a tool and she's still sleeping with him," Jacob stated as he smiled awkwardly at his boyfriend, slowly removing his arm from around Jillian before he added, "Also, that whole crazy serial killer about town thing, that's a really big distraction. You know, work. Or whatever she does," He added with a shrug and false sigh.

Carla

"Very well. Good luck, Domina," Carla responded before turning around and walking away quickly.

Killer

"Aw. And here I was hoping we'd have a nice, fun little debate. Ah well. I suppose that Sayo boy will be finishing up soon enough." the Killer said, giving a dark chuckle. He turned and bowed to his Mistress.

"Until next time, Mistress."

Carla

Carla made it down the stairs as quickly as possible, not wanting to interrupt Sayo and Amy's time together, despite how creepy it seemed to the guardian. Within thirty seconds she was back in her truck, downing the rest of her coffee for one last caffeine boost.

Michel

Michel walked past the yellow tape line quickly, relieved that his false badge had worked. Good thing too, as it had set Michel back four-hundred dollars. Still, it would all be worth it if he got confirmation, the Journalist knew as he walked into the toy store. Two people had been killed, slaughtered, from the sound of it. The room was empty, from what Michel could see as he walked through the store towards the back, where all the plastic and lighting seemed to be. The place smelled of blood and ... well, death, as Michel got closer to what must have been the bodies. He resisted the urge to vomit immediately, though it wasn't easy thanks to the stench and the carnage that laid before him.

They had been stabbed ... or at least cut up by something, Michel noticed immediately as he stood over the bodies. Whoever, or whatever, had done this had done it quickly, but certainly not mercifully.

"Ah, glad you're here, officier." an older looking gentleman stated as he walked into the toy shop, pushing in a (insert name here for the things hospitals and medical examiners use to carry bodies away). He looked at the bodies once and glanced back at Michel.

"What can you tell me about the scene?"

(Medical trolley?)

Michel

Michel glanced up at the coroner and nodded a greeting. The journalist contemplated telling the coroner that he couldn't say anything, classified and whatnot. Then again, what would be the point? All it would really accomplish is frustrating the coroner, and potentially drawing attention to Michel as well. So Michel studied the bodies as quickly as possible before looking back at the coroner.

"Well, the male is missing an ear, his chest is slashed up pretty bad. I'd say it's a closed casket funeral," Michel commented dryly, trying to add a dose of lightheartedness to this awful occurrence. "Umm, it seems both bodies have a mark on the back of their necks, the sign of mandala, which means ..." Michel got quieter and quieter until he simply sighed loudly. The serial killer had struck once again, even if this time he hadn't been creative enough to give a separate mark to each victim like he had with the others. There were only so many symbols of rebirth, death, and destruction one can carve into a person's flesh, Michel supposed to himself.

((Something like that. I think maybe it's called a gunery. Something similar to that name.))

"Ah. So it isn't a copy-cat killing, like the ones happening in New York City, Chicago, and Detroit. Of course we do have the real thing here, but still, you never know." the coroner kneeled before one of the bodies and inserted a device with a needle at the end into his skin. After a minute he pulled it out and looked at the top of the device.

"I'd say TOD would be around three to four hours ago. I can't be sure, though, since the windows were open when I was here. I don't remember when it was myself. Anyway, it is possible the weather could have tempered with the environment in here." the coroner stated.

Michel

"If it is a copy-cat killer, this one knows something the other one's didn't," Michel guessed as he looked down at the mark again. True, Michel didn't know for sure if the killers in New York, Chicago, and Detroit, had or hadn't carved symbols into their victims. But Michel had a hunch that, since they couldn't or didn't know about the symbol carving, they likely hadn't done it themselves.

Michel bit his lip, not sure if he was supposed to approve or disapprove of the windows being closed. For all the police could know, the killer could have escaped through the window. There might be some DNA or something around there. Still, that wasn't what Michel was here to do, he couldn't even get anything tested if he did find something to test.

Coroner

"Well, it hardly matters to me. You do the investigative work. I just kill the bastards." the coroner commented. He reached into his pocket and pulled a bloody ear. "Ah. I was wondering where I had put that thing."

Michel

Michel winced when he saw the ear, though the man wasn't completely surprised to see that the coroner was in fact not a coroner. The serial killer did seem to have a flare for dramatics.

"So you did kill these people then? And you kept the ear ...?" Michel asked, taking a step back as he looked at the bodies, and then the man? who may or may not have killed them.
