This World

((The idea of a tipsy Amy suddenly has me fascinated. It makes me wonder what she'd actually be like, drunk and all.))

Sayo

Sayo ignored his aunt and nodded at Amy. "That's good to hear."

Though a less...moral part of Sayo wished that Amy would drink more, and make more of her inhibitions go away. Sayo flushed a little and tried to ignore the voice inside his head that advocated that. Sure, Sayo kinda wanted to...do certain things with Amy (he was a teenage boy, after all), but he certainly didn't want to put any kind of pressure on her. Or take advantage of Amy if she became drunk.

"Hey, Zach." Jennifer leaned down to whisper in her ear. "I'll pay you twenty bucks if you can get a picture of Orion and Jacob under the mistletoe. I'd love to see that."

Zach turned to Jennifer and shook her head pointing at Jillian who went back to his corner.

"I would love one of Jacob and Jillian, but I'm fine with my boyfriend. Do you have a plan on getting them under one?"

Amy started to giggle. She had drunked a little too much and was a little drunk.

"Hear. That's a funny word. Heeeear. Heaaar. Eeear." She giggled some more.

(I fail at impersonating a drunk person)

((I've never been drink, so I wouldn't know the difference. Still, seeing Amy as a little tipsy should be quite amusing.))

Jennifer

"Lead Orion over to one of them, and tell him to close his eyes. Jacob, too, I guess." Jennifer suggested.

"....Are you alright, Amy?" Sayo asked with a little concern. Perhaps she had had a little too much to drink...

(Yeah)

"Sounds like a plan." She walked over to Orion and wrapped her arms around him.

"Come under a mistletoe with me?"

"I'm fine Sayo." Amy giggled some more. "You have a funny name. Sayo."

Sayo

"....Maybe you should sit down." Sayo suggested, even while the voice from before continued to scream at him, telling him to take advantage of this situation. But Sayo did his best to hush that voice up, and be the better man that he was.

((Poor, poor Sayo.))

Amy wrapped her arms around Sayo's neck and almost fell.

"You're so funny Sayo. I'm fine. I'm just in a good mood."

Orion smirked and wrapped his arms around Zach's waist, "Baby, I've been waiting for you to say that all day. Lead the way."

Sayo

For about five full seconds, Sayo simply stopped thinking.

When he finally regained his senses, Sayo blushed a deep red. Well, tipsy Amy certainly was....friendly. Sayo gulped and tried to rein in the voices in his head screaming at him to make use of the situation.

"Um...you're sure?"

Jacob

Jacob walked back out of the kitchen, a non alcoholic soda in hand. He knew he was going to get drunk(if Sayo didn't stop him) later, but first he would like to see his friends get a bit tipsy before then.

"What is Zach scheming up now?" Jacob asked Jillian(surprisingly) in confusion as he watched his friend lead Orion towards the mistletoe.

Jillian jumped at the sound of Jacob's voice, his first reaction that he was going to get hit. Then he relaxed when he realized that Jacob had asked him a question.

"I'm not sure. Maybe she's trying to trick Orion into kissing someone else," Jillian said. "I mean with all the mistletoe around.

"Yes sirre," Amy said giggling some more. "Am I bothering you?"

Zach smiled and lead him over to one. She wondered how she was going to get Jacob over here though.

(Jillcob kiss now? Yes? No? Maybe? Go die?)

Jacob

"She would do that...." Jacob admitted as he stared at Zach suspiciously. He knew Zach well enough to know that he wasn't safe at this point. But as long as he stayed away from Orion, nothing too bad would happen to Jacob. Hopefully.

Sayo

"Um....no, you're not bothering me." Sayo quickly assured. "I, uh, just want to make sure you're...ok."

Jennifer walked over to Jacob and Jillian. "So, who wants to start a betting pool about how long it'll take my nephew to crack, since Amy's drunk now?"

(It's the triple J! I am sorry...I am very hyper today. It's not my fault! I have ADHD and I'll take that as a rain check to the Jillcob kiss)

"Yeah! I'm so glad," Amy said pulling her arms away. She smiled up at Sayo but didn't say anything.

Jillian looked over to them then to Jennifer.

"Sure, but I don't think he will."

(Aye, sorry for not replying. The Triple J could be a fun group, I think.)

Jacob

"Before ten. He'll definitely go for her before then." Jacob stated his thoughts as he looked towards Amy and Sayo.

"Why would you say that," Jillian asked looking at them. "I think Sayo has more respect for Amy than that. He won't take advantage of her."

(It's ok Alec. I forgive you. ^_^)

Jennifer

"I say by eight." Jennifer wagered. "So, how much should we bet?"

Sayo

Sayo smiled back a little nervously at Amy. For now he managed to quiet the loud voice in his head, thankfully.

((I have no idea what they should all do for the rest of the night.))

"Fine. I bet 20. I don't want to waste all my money on this," Jillian said.

Amy shook her head and frowned.

"My head hurts. Is it ok if I go outside for a little while? Clear my head?"

(None of my characters will get taken advantage of. Except for Jillian. But he's asking for it)

(Pshh. Jillian, that whore.)

Jacob

"Hmm, I'll bet twenty too I guess. After all, I can afford it now." Jacob decided aloud as he pulled a twenty dollar bill out of his pocket, just to show that he wasn't lying.

Jennifer

"I see your twenty and raise you forty." Jennifer said as she pulled out two twenty dollar bills. "Now, we just need to wait and see, I guess. And no cheating, anyone! We need to let nature take its natural course."

While saying this, Jennifer happened to have her fingers crossed behind her back.

Sayo

"Sure, go ahead. It's fine with me."

Jacob

Jacob rolled his eyes at Jennifer trying to make everyone play clean. "Yeah, whatever. I'll see your forty." Jacob decided. The odds were on his side, after all. They had one four and forty-two minutes left for Jennifer to win the bet. And if it happened during the next two hours after that, then Jacob would win. If it didn't happen at all though then Jillian would win.

It wouldn't be too hard, Keep Amy and Sayo apart for two hours, then get them both really drunk before throwing them together. Zach was usually better at this sort of thing, but she was worrying Jacob a bit at this point. Jennifer wouldn't help him, Orion was too busy playing with mistle toe. That just left...Jillian.

Certainly not Jacob's first option...actually not even his third. But the boy would do. At least, with keeping Amy and Sayo apart long enough for Jennifer to lose.

"So, which one shall we goto? The mistletoe in Sayo's room or in his parents'?" Orion joked with his girlfriend, finding it fun to tease her.

Zach looked over at Jillian and Jennifer and Jacob. Then to Orion. Maybe she wouldn't try and set her boyfriend up. Besides she didn't know how she would get Jacob over to the mistletoe anyways.

"Orion why did you just name two that happen to be at bedrooms?"

Amy nodded and headed to the door and slipped outside. She sat on the porch and sighed deeply. She rubbed her head and looked up into the sky.

"You know besides relationship problems and drinking problems this group also seems to have a gambling issues," Jillian pointed out. "Not that I'm judging."

"Well, you'd slap me if I mentioned the restrooms..." Orion began before holding out a hand in his defense, "I'm kidding! You can't blame a guy for trying."

Zach was conflicted. Then she decided to just spend the night with Orion. Jennifer might be unhappy about it, but Zach felt that Jacob might kill her if she tried to get a picture of him kissing Orion.

"How about you choose," she said.

Jacob

Jacob shrugged in response to that. "We know, we just don't really care."
