The Dracons are going to have the entire planet under quarantine very soon, so now is a good time to escape! Xerxes VII has fallen. The Terran Alliance is doing their best to get a smuggling operation under way as soon as possible so people can still get out during the quarantine, but the odds of them getting it in full swing are grim at best.

"There is nowhere we can run. There is nowhere we can hide. This planet is doomed, and the Alliance knows it. It's a hard pill to swallow since Xerxes VII was one of the more prominent mining planets in Allied space, being the center for all Allied mining operations. Now the Dracons have it. We're all doomed.

"Again, if you can get out and get off this planet, do so now before the quarantine goes down and traps us all!

"The quarantine will be fully established on 3 December 2299. If you can get off this rock before then, do it now! "

(Basically, a planet has just been invaded and everyone is scrambling to get off-planet via a smuggling operation.)
